Brandon Honda Really Cares Jennifer Chasse is my service rep. and she went the extra mile to expedite my Accord's service needs. A rodent ate thru my electrical harness and she recommended that I fund this expensive service using a comprehensive insurance claim. My insurance company was not responsive and she worked with them to help negotiate their approval for the required service work. She keep me informed so we could work together with my ins. co. to get the job done. She (and Brandon Honda) demonstrated that they really care about their customer's needs. I had a terrific experience purchasing my 2016 Accord which as been amplified during this service experience. More
