Very corteous and personable I took my honda for a checkup on the spare tire compartment that had been dmaged by the people that replaced my damaged tire. After the onspwction was donehe explained what needed to be done to the car in a way I was able to understand. The part needed was not in stock, but the next day he called me as promised to let mek ow they had the part needed to fix my car. I went there after work and he waited for me to get there to introduce me to John who was going to take care of me for the rest of the evening. Anyways! Top notch all the way! I will be going back any time I have an issue and specially when I get to buy a new car!! Oh, and the best part... no cost to me!! How about that!! More

Their customers really do matter I recently had to have my outside mirror replaced. The parts had to be ordered and I paid for them in advance. While waiting for the parts, I had my i I recently had to have my outside mirror replaced. The parts had to be ordered and I paid for them in advance. While waiting for the parts, I had my insurance company inspect the damage. They informed me that I was overpaying for the parts and labor. This of course made me furious. I returned to Brandon Honda and demanded to speak to the service manager. After venting my steam, he explained that they typically will provide a bigger discount to insurance companies and that the markup is larger when I pay personally. This did not improve my mood at all since I had already paid for the parts. I understand that a business requires a profit, but it must be an honest profit in my opinion. When the job was finished, the service manager did the work at the same cost as what the insurance company quoted. He apologized for any inconvenience and applied credit to the account. In other words, he did whatever was necessary to correct the problem. The new installed mirror looks as good as the day I purchased the car. A company which does whatever needs to be done to accommodate the needs of the customer is all that should be expected of any company. And Brandon Honda delivers on this creed. More
Dedicated Service Advisor Although I had an appointment time for a simple oil change and tire rotation, the technician working on my car found several other problems that neede Although I had an appointment time for a simple oil change and tire rotation, the technician working on my car found several other problems that needed attention, so I agreed to wait a little longer and have the work done. When those tasks were finished, the tech took the car for a short test drive and discovered, through sound, another problem that could turn into a major breakdown (bad wheel bearing). Parts were obtained and replaced, but the technician again heard sounds that indicated the problem was not resolved...so he dug back into the wheel assembly and identified the new parts as defective. We had to wait another day to get replacement parts. In the meantime, my service advisor kept me continually updated, provided me with a temporary vehicle, and compensated me for my time and patience with a complete wash and detail service. I will request the same service advisor on future visits. More
