Every time I take my car in (even for just an oil change) I get a quote for recommended work for at least $2,000. Without fail. This time it was over $6,000. I mean, what are the odds??? I can only assume that the Service Department works on commission. More

Great Service Department A yellow warning light came on to warn us that our tire pressure was low. I am one who does not put off problems. We headed for Brandon Honda Servic A yellow warning light came on to warn us that our tire pressure was low. I am one who does not put off problems. We headed for Brandon Honda Service Dept. Luckily our service rep, Michael Mack, was on available. He was very honest that the wait to get our car into service was over 2 hours. He recommended that we take the shuttle to the mall or home. We decided to be shuttled to the mall for lunch. The shuttle driver was very talkative and friendly. We returned to Brandon Honda after about 2.5 hours. We were provided a Lift ride. We had a little trouble finding the car but only because we have never used Uber or Lift. All worked out. Our tire was replaced and the wheels were aligned and balanced. Michael kept in touch with us and everything was repaired. More
