Excellent service provided by Mr. Devin Watkins!!! I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Passport Elite. I came to the ervice department for a scheduled maintenance check. Mr. Devin Watkins greeted me. The service provided by Mr. Watkins was excellent. He was kind, courteous, efficient and thorough. My vehicle and my concerns were addressed with the utmost professionalism. I am extremely pleased to the utmost with my experience. Never have I experienced this comprehensive and welcoming vehicular care. While waiting for completion of the vehicle inspection, the customer waiting area was comfortable and clean. The lavatory was also clean and fresh. Every time I take my car in (even for just an oil change) I get a quote for recommended work for at least $2,000. Without fail. This time it was over $6,000. I mean, what are the odds??? I can only assume that the Service Department works on commission. More
