I am glad I got Jennifer Poindexter help me with my services. I got platinum plus on my car but the Regal Honda pre-charged the labor, but they haven’t do the services. Very good! Kyle was great! I took my car for service last May and I was very disappointed as I was told I had to pay in repairs close to $600 in spite of having Kyle was great! I went yesterday for second time, I was a little hesitant given my last experience. However this time it was a lot better, I saw a different person, Kyle Lampp and I was very satisfied with his customer service, and honesty. He explained to me what my service includes as well as provide information I requested. Overall it was great! I feel that I can trust the dealer again. More

I went to Brandon Honda for an oil change. I had the very BEST experience at Brandon Honda yesterday evening. My service advisor, Mr. Cherry, was able to get me in and out in less than an hour I had the very BEST experience at Brandon Honda yesterday evening. My service advisor, Mr. Cherry, was able to get me in and out in less than an hour. He was nice, pleasant and very personable. I would like to assign him as my permanent advisor each time I visit. He get a FULL FIVE stars!!!!!! The only negative comment would be for the car salesman who decided to harass me in the lobby area during my wait. I recommend that they not harass customers while they wait for their vehicles to be serviced. I find it to be annoying and unprofessional. Mr. Foreign Salesman gets no stars. More
