As always Excellent Service I called and spoke directly to Kyle Lampp, my service advisor from the last time being at Brandon Honda..Told him a few things that concerned me about I called and spoke directly to Kyle Lampp, my service advisor from the last time being at Brandon Honda..Told him a few things that concerned me about my 2009 Honda and he told me to bring it in to be checked out..Upon arriving we were met by polite attendants and they went to get Mr. Lampp for me..Explained to Mr. Lampp the issues my car was having and he took us to his desk inside, where we stood behind a glass divider ..He quoted me the prices and then asked did i have a way home and I said no we will just have to wait on it...He said he would get us a loaner car until tomorrow as didn't want us to wait a long time being around people as we were seniors. That was so nice of him to care for his customers. My car was done the next morning and the price was just what he said it would be , nothing added as some others would put something extra on the bill without telling us..Trust me, it has happened before to me at another repair shop..they add more to what you don't need..Brandon Honda is honest, has respect for seniors and deeply care for our safety and concerns..Brandon Honda is A+ with my ratings....It's the best !!!
