Happy with service and service rep. Line was very long checking in but was quickly waited on which I was glad about. When picking up car , I had to wait on Tyler because he was busy but was quickly waited checking in but was quickly waited on which I was glad about. Best Customer Service and Satisfaction I took my car to Brandon Honda for service on two recalls I received and an issue I was having with my car speakers. I made an appointment and arrive I took my car to Brandon Honda for service on two recalls I received and an issue I was having with my car speakers. I made an appointment and arrived at my appointed time. I was met by Michael Mack and from the time I dropped my car off until I picked it up 2 days later, “Mack” was amazing. He kept me informed on the progress and having to order a part for my speakers. I chose to leave it overnight to make transportation to and from easier - Brandon Honda did provide reliable and safe transportation. I was truly impressed with Mack’s customer care and service! I dropped my Honda Civic off for an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to work with Tyler Figueroa who was excellent. We reviewed what was being done that day and he also broke down what future preve rotation. I was able to work with Tyler Figueroa who was excellent. I always come back to Brandon Honda for service because of how they treat me. Tyler was excellent and I will be requesting to work with him from here on out. Also during my visit Tyler recommend that I speak with someone from the finance team to renew my service plan. I worked with Jonathan Martinez who broke down the different price points and the costs to renew my service plan. He also informed me of the tire replacement plan that is offered at Brandon Honda. Which turned out to be an awesome deal I will be purchasing in the next few days. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Tyler and Jonathan were both excellent and treated me as if I was a lifelong friend. More
