Went on line to get appraisal for my car and started to deal with Chaly Affilitto. He gave me great deal on the car we wanted and payment info the next day. Went to the dealership Thursday and purchased my car. It's refreshing to go to a car dealer and not get a bunch of bull #### , as the payments were exactly as quoted and there were no surprises whatsoever. He did not have to go "into the back room to speak to a manager" to get our price and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase add on items at contract closing. We're extremely satisfied and will recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. More

Very Positive Experience I shopped many internet sites / dealers in search of a used 10-year-old family vehicle. Brandon Honda seemed about the same as them all...until I wal I shopped many internet sites / dealers in search of a used 10-year-old family vehicle. Brandon Honda seemed about the same as them all...until I walked onto the lot. My sales rep was courteous, friendly, did a great job of highlighting - not pushing - the vehicle features. Most importantly, during the test drive, the sales rep noticed something on the used vehicle that wasn't quite right... something which I hadn't noticed at all (a problem with the starter). After the test drive, while I went in to purchase the vehicle, the sales rep had it immediately taken to the shop for detail (and I later learned) a replacement part. I didn't learn this was done until > after < I had purchased the vehicle. I was walked back to service, where I was shown the vehicle getting its replacement part. Now, they could easily have sold me the vehicle along with the problem, but instead quickly remedied it before I even had a chance to notice. I wasn't charged for the repair. I feel like they acted with integrity, which is why I'm taking the time to write this positive review. More
