Great Service Experience! I had my 2014 Honda CRV in for service on June 27, 2015. The tire pressure indicator light came on the previous evening. I was able to immediately get I had my 2014 Honda CRV in for service on June 27, 2015. The tire pressure indicator light came on the previous evening. I was able to immediately get an appointment for that day. I requested Alison Westrate since I have had the pleasure of working with her before. As it turns out there was a nail in the tire. Alison told me it could be patched. I have been driving for 28 years and this is the first time I've had a tire with a nail in it. She could sense my hesitation about patching the tire. She reassured me that it was completely safe and that I wouldn't have any issues with the tire. I also had an oil change done as well. When Alison told me the car was done and I went to pay the bill she gave me a generous discount on the service because she felt I waited too long (I didn't feel that way) for it to get done. I was extremely appreciative of that!!! I will continue to request Alison for future service visits on my CRV and my son's Accord. I trust her opinion and I know she won't steer me wrong or suggest any work that doesn't need to be done. More
