Arrived for the 11:00 AM appointment on Monday AM. Wall-to-wall Hondas lined up for service. Took a while to get written up.. Got shuttle service to my destination. Got a call they found a minor problem with my CR-V...told them to fix it. Expected would add an hour to my 1:30 pickup time. Shuttled picked me up. Go to the shop at 1:30 and the car was ready...and spotless...fully washed. Staff was helpful and courteous at all times. Great place to do business. More

Easiest car buying experience ever! Ajay was AWESOME! I shopped around all day for a car and visited 6 dealerships that were very unknowledgeable and unhelpful. I decided to stop into Honda to give car shopping one last chance for the day (I had never even considered a Honda before). Before I entered the doors, Ajay approached me very friendly. With a fed up attitude I told him exactly what I wanted, and without hesitation (or unnecessary blabber) he showed me exactly what I was interested in. After I showed interest he went to his manager and came back with numbers almost immediately (unlike other dealerships in which I'd have to wait 10-15 minutes for numbers I explained I wasn't interested in). If I were to ever recommend a first time car buyer/leaser a salesman, it'd be Ajay! Thank you Brandon Honda for making my experience so easy! More

Everything about this place is as advertised ! So I went to Honda of Brandon on a Friday night around 9 pm thinking they would be closed and I could kick some tires without the hassle of a salesman So I went to Honda of Brandon on a Friday night around 9 pm thinking they would be closed and I could kick some tires without the hassle of a salesman. . . Turns out, these people never sleep lol Then I met Robin, aka "Drummer Boy". . I knew going in I wanted a newer Honda Accord, question was, how much was I going to have to pay for one. . Robin was on his game, from the time I selected the car to the time it was filled with gas drove home with my new car. Robin did not pressure me or nag me, he truly considered my car buying experience to be his top priority, and as a customer I am very grateful of that. He fed my mother and I lunch at the in-store café, then fed again at signing. The finance guy, Jim, was also great. He didn't try to cram Honda's financing down my throat as I told them I was already financed and in bed with my bank on this car. . . Over the past two days, I've visited Regal Honda, Brandon Honda, and Ocean Honda to shop for a Civic I'm happy to recommend Brandon Honda to anyone. Over the past two days, I've visited Regal Honda, Brandon Honda, and Ocean Honda to shop for a Civic EX (in that order). The financial deals I was offered by the three dealers for the lease I wanted were very similar, but in the end, Brandon Honda and Internet Manager Stanley Monroe gave me by far the best treatment and made me want to give my business to them. They were the only dealer whose employees did not use high-pressure tactics and weren't patronizing or rude about the fact that I was comparing different dealers' proposals (seriously - one dealer acted as if I was an idiot for wanting to visit different locations, and the other's manager insulted me to my face!) Stanley Monroe and Ferris Hamdan encouraged me to take my time in deciding and cheerfully invited me to call with any questions when I left Friday evening without having made a commitment. When I returned today, their Internet Director, Ron Wright, took me through the contract and the additional options without being aggressive and accepted my decision. Even though the dealership was extremely busy when I returned on a Saturday afternoon to seal the deal, Stanley never made me feel rushed and spent a lot of time answering my questions and assisting me with setting up my new car's features.
