Came for service but bought a car! I was walking around the showroom, waiting on my car to be serviced and Metin Cihaner came up and started talking to me. I really didn't want to deal I was walking around the showroom, waiting on my car to be serviced and Metin Cihaner came up and started talking to me. I really didn't want to deal with Brandon Honda again. I had only owned my 2014 CRV for about 9 mos. and felt I didn't get the features or color I wanted and still didn't know what or how to use the features I had. It wasn't a good experience. I needed the CRV to transport my disabled husband's walker/wheelchair and to be able to get him in and out easily. My CRV had nothing electronic. The seats were difficlut to manually move and I gave up my electric lift gate with my trade. Ugh! I asked if the electric back gate could be added to my "Plain Jane" 2014 CRV and was told No. After talking with Metin, and asking if he could find me a used CRV with the features I needed, he went to work immediately. He knew the inventory and gave me choices (something I was not given on my first visit/purchase at Brandon Honda). In any case, today, I ended up with a nice CRV, same model, same year, with alot of electronic features, BUT, unfortunately no electic lift gate. The electric lift gate would have been the icing on the cake for loading his wheelchair, but I'm still happy . The only regret, even though I didn't have to pay any money out of pocket, I am paying more monthly and I had to re-purchase my extended warranty. I only wish the warranty had transferred to the new purchase, without added cost... but the car is good and Metin was a great person to deal with. I've already handed out his card to 2 of my neighbors AND I intend to find him a girlfriend! Ok, Zues, if you want to look over this deal and find me a better payment, please go for it... that would really make me the happiest EVER and your BEST behind the scenes salesperson in this area! Outstanding! I found the vehicle I was looking for online. It was Friday about 4:00 in the evening. I phoned the dealership to see if the vehicle was still on the I found the vehicle I was looking for online. It was Friday about 4:00 in the evening. I phoned the dealership to see if the vehicle was still on the lot, making contact with Sales rep. Salvador Manalili. Professional and friendly from the start. Made it to the lot by 5:00 and was blown away. The dealership was giant. I've never seen one with a little restaurant, very clean, free drinks coffee water etc. Met with Salvador whom already had the truck out and ready for a test drive. We were in the truck within 5 minutes and on the road. It didn't take much to make my mind up. We returned to the office. Completed the paperwork and I was out the door before 9:00. Did I mention the place was packed? The last time I was at a dealership was back in 2002, my we have come a long way, as far as the paperwork. Which was given to me on a flash drive at the end. Overall it was painless and the entire staff treated me great. Thumbs up to Salvador, a great young man. More

I mean it could be months that I've been there and or she could be multi tasking behind the desk and still be pleasant to me or others that Ive seen her help. She always goes the extra mile and takes the time to explain my charges for service when i need explaining, and she is just a pleasant person that makes a visit to Brandon Honda a pleasant one. Personally they are all very nice in that department as they are in service. I believe people who take the time to make you feel good as she does makes all the difference in the world for repeat business whether purchasing a car or waiting for service. Thank you! More

Mike Hudak greeted me with a warm friendly smile and explained the 60,000 mile package that would reduce my cost and made sure I received any discounts that would defray my cost. Very courteous and professional. Alison Westrate was tenacious in ensuring the cleaning of the newer vehicle I purchased that day was immaculately detailed although the normal staff had left for the day. She stayed and finished the job so my newer vehicle was completed and gave me my next scheduled maintenance date prior to leaving the dealership that night. Exemplary service, warm smile,, 100% professionalism. My thanks also go to Gus Quintana, Tony Lara, Mike Joiner( outstanding financial advisor) and Hassan Slim my great sales advisor all who assisted me with my trade from a 2011-2013 Honda Pilot.
