Knowledgeable and efficient service staff we brought out CRV in to have damage from a rear end collision repaired. Mike Hudak was the service person that took care of us and I must admit that we brought out CRV in to have damage from a rear end collision repaired. Mike Hudak was the service person that took care of us and I must admit that he was courteous, efficient and knownedgeable, he listened to what we had to say and then addressed all our concerns. The repairs were actually less expensive than what we expected. All in all I would recommend Brandon Hondas service department to anyone and would recommend Mike for a top notch experience. More

Our salesman, Frank Hoggard, assured us that we would be able to get that co We wanted to lease a 2015 CRV EX -- but we insisted on a specific color. Our salesman, Frank Hoggard, assured us that we would be able to get that color, even if he had to search the bay area for it. And altho it took a while, he did. Frank and Ron Wright took good care of us throughout the day, buying us lunch at the well-stocked cafe, introducing us to the service department people (where we set up our first service appointment with smiling Jim Lafemina), showing us around the dealership, and generally making us feel comfortable while waiting. Even the dreaded finance part of the transaction was made more palatable by the efficient and professional Rob Cook. When "our" CRV was finally located in Palm Harbor, Frank provided us with a brand-new Civic to use so that we wouldn't have to wait until the CRV was delivered. When we returned to the dealership, Frank had our CRV all ready for us, then patiently sat in the car with us as he explained all the options and features. Frank knows the meaning of Customer Care -- he has an even disposition and a patient, caring attitude. Highly recommended. We are pleased to be part of the Honda family. More

Great service My car failed to start. I called AAA and they tried to jump start but it did not work. The AAA technician concluded that the alternator was the issue. My car failed to start. I called AAA and they tried to jump start but it did not work. The AAA technician concluded that the alternator was the issue. I towed my car to Brandon Honda and the first recommendation from Mike was to run diagnostic tests to identify the source of the problem. He called exactly at noon as promised and gave me less of a bad news as the issue was with the battery (went bad) as opposed to the alternator which would have costed me more. He took care of couple of safety recalls as well as the vehicle was being checked out. Truly a great experience as I felt I was in good hands. Thanks Mike Hudak. More
