Worst Customer Service EVER! Tried to pick my 2016 Ford Explorer up at the Collision Center today, the vehicle repair was horrible, they had no staff to address the issue and to a Tried to pick my 2016 Ford Explorer up at the Collision Center today, the vehicle repair was horrible, they had no staff to address the issue and to add insult to injury the girl at the front desk was condescending.and even argumentative. If you cannot staff a collision center on Saturday do not open it! So they want you to pay them and sign a release and address your concerns later. One person working and her every word was I don't know, call Monday, I cannot help you all while smirking like I am cattle she is trying to move along! I left with my blood boiling, this person she be working a stock room not working with the public. ABSOLUTELY no customer service skills whatsoever! It is bad enough you have a center open with no staff but to add insult to injury you staff it with someone who could care less about her job or your customers! FYI the car was in for a minor repair that we were told would take a week, the car was there 2 weeks and looks worse than when it arrived! We were forced to sign a sheet stating that Ford would not be responsible for any damage to our vehicle including but not limited to fire and theft. We were told our car would be kept in a fenced secured area, it was in an area with no fence and unlocked! Thank you to the sales team that agreed to go over and lock our vehicle until we can address the issue on Monday. So much for your state of the art Collision center that could not even manage a simple repair or any type of customer service. There were other issues along the way but too much to even address. Ron Hammond poor job at your dealership, I guess we will have a chat on Monday because I refused to accept the vehicle, pretty sure you could care less that it is costing me time and money and additional rental car fees because based on your employee today we are all just cash cows! Poor service Took my car in for new tire, wheel alignment and oil change. The wheel alignment was off. Made an appointment for them to correct it. Went in Nick our adviser said it would be a couple of hours. We waited for over three hours, and when the vehicle was ready he did not even come get us. I had to call for a manager to get the vehicle, while he was on the phone the entire time. As this was their mistake they should have taken care of our car first and not last. There is no reason to keep people waiting with children for over three hours. Worst part is the wheel alignment is still not perfect. Nick is the worst service advisor and I will never deal with him again and perhaps not with Brandon Ford. More

I advised my warranty company and they told me I could take the car to any certified mechanic and they will pay for the services.i thought to myself, what better place to take he car.. then Ford themselves! Horrible idea. Dropped my car off and 5 hours later.. still no response from the service department letting me know if they even did the diagnostics... if they called the warranty company.... nothing. not a word. I call to check in on my car.... nothing. They tell me Gio is on lunch, took down my number and it’s been another 2 hours, still no call. I’m picking up my car and taking it else where: More
Poor Service. Monday Oct. 2, 2017. Had appointment for 12:30 pm this day. Service Writer Nick. I was told Nick would call me when the problem with my 2008 F-150 wou Monday Oct. 2, 2017. Had appointment for 12:30 pm this day. Service Writer Nick. I was told Nick would call me when the problem with my 2008 F-150 would be ready. Also told the shuttle van had just left at 12:00 pm. Was told shuttle would be back at two. I had arrived at 12:10 pm for my 12:30 appointment. So, I waited. Shuttle Driver dropped off three people a little after 1:00 pm and left. I was waiting in the shuttle pickup area. At two shuttle driver arrived. Came over to me and told me I had to sign a log to be picked up. I signed the log was told he was going to take a break for 5 minutes. Finally at two thirty shuttle driver advised he would take me to Nick to see what progress Nick had going on my truck. Nick told me at that time my truck would not be ready until the next day around noon. This was a do over. As my 2008 F-150 with 69,000 miles had the same repair in July 2016. The truck had only be driven less that 2,800 miles since that same repair that was needed Oct. 2, 2017. I know it was a warranty repair, but feel this repair should have been expedited since I had an appointment. Now I have missed other Dr. appointments being without my truck today. My F-150 is in great shape, but was planning on trading it in for an F-350 due to my plans to purchase a 5th wheel RV. I had a F-450 prior to this truck. I'm retired now and ready to travel again. I have to say it will not be purchased at Brandon Ford. I've had my truck serviced by Brandon Ford in the past with great service. This trip was totally mishandled. Larry Boggs More
Collision Department I had to take my new used truck into the dealer to have a tire repaired. I had bought it the night before(AWESOME EXPERIENCE) and we knew the tire had I had to take my new used truck into the dealer to have a tire repaired. I had bought it the night before(AWESOME EXPERIENCE) and we knew the tire had a problem but the service department was closed already. Turns out the tire was bad and had to be replaced (which was done for free). While I was waiting to have the new tire delivered and installed I was sitting in the waiting area in the collision center. The staff were handling two different customers with grace. After the customers left it was just me in the waiting room. The guys are now in their offices continuing business and I hear them discussing the events. That's when I was really surprised to hear what their conversations were like. You know how it is, we forget the public eye is on us and let down our guards and be who we really are, Well,... this day I over heard staff speaking and acting with integrity, grace and genuine concern for the quality of workmanship they were delivering and the service level that they wanted to provide for their customers! How refreshing!!! I was the fly on the wall and walked away with a smile on my face knowing that if I ever need my vehicle repaired, this is a place I could bring it without fear. Thanks to the staff (Carlos Cerezo, Hector Serrano, Shawn Reutimann,Kimberly Meyer and several others that I did not get the names of) Way to go Brandon Ford Collision Center! More
Poorly made vehicle and poor service I purchased a vehicle in 2013 from this dealership. It was a Ford Mustang. I have never had so many issues with a vehicle - EVER. Recently the vinyl h I purchased a vehicle in 2013 from this dealership. It was a Ford Mustang. I have never had so many issues with a vehicle - EVER. Recently the vinyl has completely peeled off on the door panels. Given the car is only four years old there is no excuse whatsoever for this happening other than the car being poorly manufactured. I have gone to the dealership where they declined to do anything (didn't even take photos - complete waste of my time) and I even filed a case which I had to follow up with even after they told me I would hear something back within 48 hours - which I didn't. Ford has refused to fix this issue in a vehicle they have poorly manufactured. I am extremely dissatisfied in the vehicle and customer service with Ford. I do not recommend Ford after this experience. More
