I would not recommend to friends just for an oil change. It takes way too long compared to other stand alone quick lube businesses. This time it was only a 50 minute wait. I brought my 2010 F-150 Platinum in for service and brakes. As I left the dealership I noticed the brakes seemed alittle spongey. I began thinking maybe it was me. I proceeded north on 75 going home. I hit the brakes in traffic and they went to the floor. Luckily I was able to make it home and the brake petal has been fine but the front right side brake seems to be allways on. The rotor was glowing red and smelled horrible.I always service my vehicles with motorcraft products and service it quite frequently through Ford. New parts were installed by a Ford Certified mechanic and I again trust that all is ok, only to find out that it is not. This is totally unacceptable. I am taking it to another dealership with hopes of having it repaired properly. This is not the first time there has been an issue after having service done here, paid for and in less than a day I am again frustrated, disappointed and mostly inconvenienced. I have had Fords all of my life and I am very proud to drive their products. However I will not be bringing any vehicle to this dealership for service. I hope this review helps in getting the service better. More

I have utilized the services of various Ford dealerships in the last 11 years and Brandon Ford is by far the best dealership when it comes to service, satisfaction, employee interaction and overall experien in the last 11 years and Brandon Ford is by far the best dealership when it comes to service, satisfaction, employee interaction and overall experience and I would, without hesitation, recommend this dealership. I travel over 20 miles to get to Brandon Ford and I have at least 5 Ford dealerships in closer proximity to where I live or work. More

Buddy is the best service advisor I have ever worked with and having purchased over 75 new cars/trucks in my life, I have worked with a few. What I really like about your service department is that you have a high performance expert like Dave, and that Buddy introduced me to him and let me talk with him before I elected to have him work on the car. Dave's advice was outstanding and right on target. I love the Flowmaster American Thunder Axle Back mufflers he recommended and installed on my car. Other dealerships will not allow customers to interface with the techs which I think is a huge mistake. I purchased the car from Autoway Ford in Bradenton and wish I had done so at Brandon Ford. Based on my experience with Buddy and Dave, I will now have all the service on my 2012 Mustang GT done at your dealership from now on. Any new Fords I buy will be from Brandon Ford. My next car will be either a Shelby GT or Roush Stage 3 Mustang. More

The service manager seems to think customers are complete idiots . I was told the solution to my battery going dead in a week to two weeks on a 2010 Mustang is to put a tender on it. tried to have my suv 5000 mile serviced and have some gas mileage problems looked at <br>car was deposited at 09:00am <br>at 09:15 00am mike called and told me that he would have to check my third party warr mileage problems looked at <br>car was deposited at 09:00am <br>at 09:15 00am mike called and told me that he would have to check my third party warranty would cover any extra work carried out<br>I phone ar 15:15 and ask if my car is ready <br>Mike informs me he has been busy trying to sort other things for other people and he will try to get the warranty info<br>10 minutes later he tells me my warranty company will not deal with Brandon ford<br>I make a phone call and are informed they will deal with anybody else in tampa but not brandon ford<br>have to leave a message with mike telling him not to do any work i will pay for service and go elsewere<br>16:00 turn up at brandon ford and car has not been serviced but mike tries to give me a bill for $85:00 for a diagnostic <br>I ask for the manager and eventually he drops the charge telling me i have just received a free diag checkup unfortunately nobody gives me any paperwork confirming this<br>avoid the service dept at all costs More
