John & Jim both excelled at ensuring our car was serviced and we received the additional key fob that we requested at time of purchase. On arrival I did not wait, I was spoken to immediately and told what to expect from the 50,000 mile service. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The fact that the tires are wearing and in need of replacement was explained to me and I was given two choices. But no pressure to buy tires right now. Which I appreciated. I was also told a cv boot was leaking and should be replaced as soon as possible and that I should call the dealer on Friday to see if the part was in. I will call the first chance I get but I would think the Ford Dealer would have offered to call me when the part was in stock or arranged a time for me to come back when the part would be in stock. You shouldn't be letting me leave the dealership without the problem being handled. I would feel like Ford Motor Co.(That's you) is taking responsibility for the problem and wants me to be as happy today with Ford as the day I bought the car. That would be World Class Service. And I wouldn't have the chance to go to other Dealership who has the part and start a new relationship. I bought the car, I bought the mtce. agreement, I brought the car in for the 50,000 check. The service is your end. Thanks for the time. I'm happy with everything else. More

My car was in an accident on September 10, 2012. My insurance company, progressive, recommended taking it to Brandon Ford because the accident took place near their location. Brandon ford out in a used radiator after charging my insurance company for a new one, didn't fix the abs (light was on) and told me it was ready to be picked up two weeks ago (October 14). The radiator they put in, the fans disintegrated in my hand, so I left it so they could put in a new one, not used, like originally agreed upon. I tried to pick up my car last Thursday (oct 24) and my husband was driving it, he got on the highway and the gas and brake petal failed, he got stuck on 275 during rush hour, having two near misses by two different cars. Turns out the old radiator they put in put water in my transmission, blowing my transmission. I own my own business so everyday I have to miss work because I don't have a vehicle costs me $150-$200. It's been almost two months and my car has been broken more than its been repaired. When I talked to the manager, he was disgruntled and rude, making me seem like I was at fault. I don't fix cars because I don't know how to, I assume taking her to a recommended repair shop, they would know how to fix her in a timely manner. More

Went in to buy a car first time buyer was welcomed with a big smile and no presure. That made me very happy every since Tommy calls and checks on me and to see how I am doing with my car. I took my 10 year old F150 in for service a week or two ago. John Lafemina (my Service Writer) went down my list of issues with me, talked about each one, and let me decide what I wanted done.
