I assumed the work was being done They said they needed another part and I have to reschedule another day Then I see they did and charged for an oil change. The oil was less than a week old Listening skills?? More
This was only my 2nd oil change but both times Tyler took care of me. He is a kind, polite employee who has always been so polite. Very poor customer service I had an appointment to check out the auto seat function that moves the drivers seat back when you shut the car off. I also wanted them to check the auto start stop when you pull up to a red light or stop sign. I told the rep I just had to change the battery. Without even looking at the car I was told it would be at least FOUR hours before they could determine what was wrong. Not, I’m sorry we are a little overwhelmed today, I apologize about the wait. I had taken the afternoon off from work, made the appointment and this guy is telling me at least 4 hours without even looking at the car! So I left. 15 minutes of me playing with the settings function and it’s fixed! It would have taken them 3 minutes! Bottom line I will look for a new service center......no follow up just wait the four hours or leave, I left More

Got my oil changed always tell me my tires are great, yet I get a low tire pressure sign about 5 days after getting my oil changed and go to get it patched and find out my tires are shredded bc of my alignment which they did not advise. How long was it off?? I always got it serviced by them. It was very dangerous to be driving on the tires. They didn’t make the situation right which really irks me. They lost a ford buyer. I will never buy from them again and will always tell this story to everyone I know. My time is valuable and bc they put 4 year old tires and I called them out, I had to waste another few hours of my day to go get the new tires I was promised, which cost me valuable time in my day. All I asked was for them to refund the tire for all my troubles, time, and their mistakes to make the situation right and they wouldn’t do that. The customer relations person Niki Breadwell was not professional and got rude with me...when you’re in situations with irritated customers, you don’t argue back with them, you let them vent and remain calm, she did the opposite. It’s horrible!! More
