Had a mix up with my original works service....quality care maintenance warranty issue..didn't get appropriate tire rotation. Contacted Mr Marocco and he set me up with Chad Wells to get the issue reso care maintenance warranty issue..didn't get appropriate tire rotation. Contacted Mr Marocco and he set me up with Chad Wells to get the issue resolved. In and out in less than an hour and they filled up my tank for the inconvenience. It's nice to see when a company just makes its right instead of making excuses! My first service experience at Brandon after buying Escape there. Thanks Tee. The new speed bumps are too high. My car bottomed out on them even though I was going super slow. Would be nice if they could be shaved down a little. I brought my car in to the service department and spoke with John Lafemina and explained my situation about my vehicle. I told him that my car had a noise and vibration in the R/R tire. He explained that it will take a few hours b/c I didn't have an appointment. He suggested the courtesy shuttle to get me back home. Long story short I came back to the service department around 6 pm after getting a call that my car was ready. John greeted me at customer service and explained to me about them replacing all 4 rotos. I was sooooo happy because I didn't have to argue or debate about me paying. It was totally free b/c I only had the car for 2 months. The service was excellent from the service department, even the shuttle driver was nice. Thanks Brandon Ford for your service. More
Upon having my vehicle towed in on sat afternoon I was unable to get a loaner car due to being after closing of enterprise closed. On the following Monday I had to leave several messages with no return ph unable to get a loaner car due to being after closing of enterprise closed. On the following Monday I had to leave several messages with no return phone calls. So I ended up having to leave work early to get an update on my car and to get a loaner car. At this time the only vehicle available was a Toyota sequoia. I met chad that evening and at this point the service went from horrible to wonderful. I really appreciate all the time he put in to make sure my car was taken care of. Thank you chad More
