Mr. Lopez was very nice and respectful and explained what was done to my car. The price for the 10K checkup was outstanding. Being retired and living on a fixed income this was welcome news. Nina and my I are really pleased with our Ford Fusion Hybird. We took a trip up North to Ohio, Michigan, and Chicago, Ill and got 38.3 mpg for the 3,300 mile trip. This car is the most quiet and comfordable ride of all the cars we have owned to include Volvo and BMW. Thanks Ford for a great vehicle. More

Had a mix up with my original works service....quality care maintenance warranty issue..didn't get appropriate tire rotation. Contacted Mr Marocco and he set me up with Chad Wells to get the issue reso care maintenance warranty issue..didn't get appropriate tire rotation. It's nice to see when a company just makes its right instead of making excuses! My first service experience at Brandon after buying Escape there. Thanks Tee.
