Our vehicle is a 2013 Ford Explorer. My water would not come out of the washer/wipers to clean windows. Asked husband to fill, he indicated it was full. So called Brandon Ford. Got me in next day. Robert indicated it would take about an hour, it was exactly 1 hour. They replaced the pump and it works great. I was very pleased with the entire service experience. Service representative was very help getting my cars serviced in a timely manner even when I did not schedule one of them to be serviced that same day as the other car was serviced. I had a tire that wo serviced in a timely manner even when I did not schedule one of them to be serviced that same day as the other car was serviced. I had a tire that would leak down a few lbs. of air each week. They could not find the leak, but they removed the tire and sealed the tire anyway. Job well done. Thank you, Gary More
