Slow is smooth Brought my '13 F150 truck in due to a noise in the rear end and for seat leather tear repair. Leather was photographed and noise was said to have been fixed due to a loose fender strut rod. Drove10 feet, went over speed bump in parking lot and noise was still there. Brought it right back in, same day. Asked if lift guy could take a ride to listen. He did. Took it back in shop and identified the noise as a bad left shock. This whole trouble shooting episode should not have taken over 2 hrs. Whomever certified the completion of the work and supposedly road tested to ensure noise was gone, failed me, the customer. Wasted more of my time from work than needed. I ask you team slow down and double check their work to ensure they are getting it right the first time. In the end it was fixed and covered under warranty. Satisfied. Let's see how my visit tomorrow to get the seat repaired goes. More
All i wanted was an oil change and a tire rotation so i tried for two weeks to schedule an appt. but the receptionist said they were very busy and couldn't squeeze me in-appts seemed to be a week or tw so i tried for two weeks to schedule an appt. but the receptionist said they were very busy and couldn't squeeze me in-appts seemed to be a week or two away. not willing to commit my future week for an oil change appt, she said i could just stop in and afternoon would be best. so one afternoon last week i got there about 1:30pm and the first white shirt to approach me let me know that if should have made an appt and without one it would be a long wait-all afternoon. i said i needed my oil changed and i guess i would just have to wait. Another white shirt came over and started to take some information, namely my vin number and we started to discuss the oil change and tire rotation option. he said he would send a service adviser over to talk with me, as i had some questions about whether i needed a new front tire and should i wait for the rotation. so i waited out near the car and he finally came over and told me to wait inside, and someone would come and discuss the oil change options. around 2:45 i see my car pulled up and ready to go. my front tire is in the same place, so i question the tire rotation. the girls at the cashier window tell me to wait, while it is being written up. finally what i know know to be a service adviser (dark shirt) comes in with my key and i question her on the tire rotation. she is adamant they did rotate my tires, and i let her know that the drivers side tire remains in place. so she says they probably rotated all the others and wouldn't put a bad tire on the back. so i ask if they marked on the receipt exactly what way they rotated, and it was not on the receipt. so then she said they probably went front to back and over. Probably really doesn't work for me, and i told her that. i said i would have only asked for an oil change and would have waited to next week for the tire rotation, combining that with a new front tire at the time, along with an alignment. why pay for a tire rotation if they only rotate one side? Well the girls at the cashier desk try then to discount this and can't get the receipt to print what they want, so they just say $37.40. so i had contact with 5 individuals for my first experience at brandon ford. two initial guys out front: one who told me the wait would be too long and tried to discourage me from stay, the second, (and i do not know his name) who gladly took some information and started the process, the service advisor at the end of the service and the two ladies at the cashier. I am not saying the service was bed, it just wasn't up to par in terms of personal service. while i appreciated them squeezing me in for an oil change, i would prefer a more hands on approach to the service adviser, i want to talk with the person supervising the service of my car before service is completed. that is just the way i am and what i expect from a dealership service department. and i expect the write up to be specific especially if there are things out of the ordinary, like the did it really happen tire rotation? More
Great Service I was never real big on Brandon Ford in the past. But I had problems with my Focus and needed help fast, I called and spoke with Robert , He was a lif I was never real big on Brandon Ford in the past. He helped me with my Focus, Our Ranger, and now on the Fusion, Robert Is the BEST thing to come to Brandon Ford. He and His team are GREAT. He takes the time to explain the repairs needed and he is very professiona,l He makes you feel welcome , He gives excellent service to his customers. every time. Thanks Robert .you are the BEST. More

I just have to say that these guys were bound and determined to find it...which they did....and eliminated it! Scott called me every day to keep me updated on the status, and Steve brought in the experts from Ford. They used their best equipment and minds to find and solve the problem. That's why I am a return customer to them, and I'm sold on Brandon Ford for life! More
