Murphy's law Had a lube oil and filter service on my 2002 Thunderbird. Brandon Ford over filled the power steering and it leaked all the way home. Then they wanted $75.00 to tow it in and check it out. Hade it a local shop put it on the hoist and identify the problem and fix it. You would think Brandon Ford would have checked window on the side of the power steering reservoir to see that if it was over the fill mark. More

Cleaning up another dealership's mess I have a pretty new Ford Escape. At 2000 miles, the air conditioner failed. The dealer messed up the fix and I'm lucky the motor didn't blow. Ranger 1 Deer 0 I originally bought my truck here & had a great experience. So when the deer attacked it, my 1st thought was have Brandon Ford put it back together. I I originally bought my truck here & had a great experience. So when the deer attacked it, my 1st thought was have Brandon Ford put it back together. I haven't seen the vehicle yet but can tell you that no matter how beautiful it turned out the length of time it took to fix such little damage is unbelievable! The hood & the fenders didn't even get damaged, just the grill, front bumper, passenger side headlight assembly & the airbag deployed. Over 2 weeks later, it's finally finished. Now comes the part of their very unfriendly hours. They are only open 7:30-5 M-F. So picking up your vehicle over the weekend is out of the question. In fact, if you have a weekday regular hours job you will have to take off work to get your vehicle. The only positive that came out of this is that they are not going to charge me storage charges since I was out of town when my vehicle was finally finished. So beware! You bring them business, they slow poke, have very non customer service oriented hours & than try to charge you storage fees per day because you cannot pick up right when they are finished. More

Just took it in without an apt with a problem I experience while on a road trip, once I explained it to Robert he knew what it was without a hesitation.
