However in this dealer which was not the one that I purchase the car, they really took care of me and fix the issues for no cost. Most say thanks to Gio for keeping me updated every day on the status of my car and getting me back on the wheel. I never go to a dealership for oil changes, but just because the service was so good I will take it even if the cost is a bit more. More

Unprofessional, time consuming, frustrating I arrived at the dealership to have four take-off tires and rims installed. I was told it would take an hour which turned out to be two hours. When my I arrived at the dealership to have four take-off tires and rims installed. I was told it would take an hour which turned out to be two hours. When my truck was returned to me, to my surprise the four old tire and steel wheels were in the bed of my truck. I was never informed this was going to be the case. When I was driving the 20 mile trip back to my home the truck had severe vibrations (tires were not balanced) and the tire pressure dash light had come on. I returned to the dealership the next day to have the issues addressed. After waiting about 90 minutes the service advisor summoned me to tell me there was a problem. The tire sensors in the 2014 rims were not compatible with the 2008 F-150. I was informed to fix the issue I would need to bring back the old tires and rims so the tire sensors could be extracted and then installed in the 2014 rims and tires or just live with the tire sensor light on. I had taken the old steel wheels and tires to a salvage yard the same day the new tires and rims were installed because I had no place to store the old rims and tires. I called the salvage yard and they indicated they had the needed 2008 tires sensors. I relayed that message to the service advisor and he informed me that the dealership had no means to drive to the salvage yard and that task was up to me to complete. So I then had to make another 15 mile round trip to and back from the salvage yard in my truck. When you consider the installation did not go properly on the first day I had to return to the dealership which meant another 40 mile round trip. On the second trip to the dealership I was there for more than five hours to have corrected what should have been done on the first trip. All told in the two day experience I spent for than 7 hour at the Brandon f Ford dealership and had to drive an additional 55 miles for something that should have been completed on the first trip. I had asked to speak to the service manager after being at the dealership for approximately three and a half hours into my second trip and when I left the dealership some time later ( 1 and 1/2 hours) the service manager never even attempted contacted me about the situation. I asked the service advisor for some sort of compensation and his reply was, "We're doing the work free". I had paid $1500.00 dollars for the rims and tires and the work was not free by my standards so his comment was without merit, quite frankly I found Roberto Lopez to be totally unprofessional, tactless, uncooperative and most of all offensive. Considering the way I was treated, the time spent, the additional trip and the mileage driven on the second trip I never want to ever go back to Brandon Ford for any reason. More

I am a true believer that if man made it, something will go wrong with it. Scott Parker has gone out of his way to make sure that when my vehicle is returned to me, the problem has been resolved or the required maintenance has been completed. Great job. Thank you. More
