I was refused service on my 2007 F150 with 104,000 miles on it because it was "too old" and had "too many miles" on it. When I reminded the service associate that I had bought three vehicles (including the on it because it was "too old" and had "too many miles" on it. Because of this, I have just approved $4716.00 worth of work at Christian Brothers Automotive in Apollo Beach. They appreciated my business. I doubt if I will be gracing Brandon Ford with my prescience in the future. More
I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change & 4 wheel alignment done on my lincoln mkx. Appointment time was for 930. I arrived at 915. Todd, the service rep, checked me in & i had a seat in their wheel alignment done on my lincoln mkx. Appointment time was for 930. I arrived at 915. I defiinitely recommend Brandon Ford for service on your vehicle. More
Dealership neglected to keep my car long enough before warranty ran out to find a dangerous emissions problem leaving the car stalling and then not starting at times. Warranty on my 2018 Ford Focus has now lapsed and the emissions problem has worsened and service director Matt Cullen has made it clear that my warranty is lapsed and its my problem now when if the dealership had kept the car for the day instead of driving it two miles down the road and back then it could have been fixed and covered under my warranty but he has blown this safety issue that could end in a bad accident off. I went online and typed in problems with year and make of my vehicle and turns out that a large number of those car owners described issues with theirs exactly the same as mine. Yet, when i spoke with Matt Cullen he acted as if he had no clue about the history of these vehicles and the issues that came with them. Bad customer service! No more new Ford purchases at this dealership! More
If your Ford vehicle is over 10 years old, don't bother taking it to this dealerships service department as they will not even give you the courtesy of looking at your vehicle. I had an 11 year old Ford to taking it to this dealerships service department as they will not even give you the courtesy of looking at your vehicle. I had an 11 year old Ford towed to them after hours. When I called the next day, they informed me that because of the age of the car, they would not work on it. I asked for the diagnostic information to find out what was wrong with the car, even if they weren't going to fix it, and was then informed they wouldn't even do a diagnostic on it. Great way to shatter brand loyalty or dealership loyalty with this attitude. Will NEVER purchase another Ford vehicle. I recommend that if you have a Ford vehicle, make sure to sell it before it gets to be 10 years old or you will get screwed when it needs service after 10 years. In my case, the acronym is true (FORD = Found On Roadside Dead). Sadly, I can't rate 0 stars. More

While explaining my scheduling frustrations with April Lowe (Parts Department), April then took the time to go out of her way and make sure I was taken care of in a timely manor! -Together, April and Robert Lopez made it happen, and are an example of unparalleled customer service. -I truly can not thank them enough. More
I own a Mustang Mach-E that was purchased at another dealership because of very limited availability of these vehicles. I scheduled a service appointment at Brandon Ford to address an issue with a fron dealership because of very limited availability of these vehicles. I scheduled a service appointment at Brandon Ford to address an issue with a front camera and a recall of the panoramic glass. The lady on the phone was great and arranged a loaner vehicle (talked to a manager) because the service was going to take all day. I arrived at the service center and was greeted by nice people until Marty got involved. He was rude right from the start, didn't even introduce himself. When he found out I purchased the vehicle at another dealer, he said I couldn't have a loaner. This guy has no business interacting with the public, incredibly rude and arrogant. There are two other Ford dealers nearby my house, so I won't be going back to Brandon Ford to purchase or service a vehicle. More
Unfortunately I have to at least give one star, otherwise I wouldn't. My experience with Brandon Ford is typically good, however it only takes one time to completely ruin a relationship. We all know the stigma that dealerships are generally more expensive than other mechanics, and it's true at Brandon Ford in Brandon Florida. But I felt extremely comfortable taking both my Fords there for service anytime they needed it from oil changes to large issues. That all changed this weekend, and I will never take another vehicle to this dealership ever again. Over the weekend I made an appointment with their service department to get my transmission looked at, we all know that when transmission is involved that it's not only going to be lengthy, it's going to be expensive. I had an appointment for Monday October 11, 2021...however I had to drop off the car early on Saturday (since they are not open on Sunday and I had to work early Monday morning). With this being a transmission issue, I knew they were going to have my car an extended period of time, so I simply asked Marty, the service advisor if they would give me a loaner car until my car is fixed. This is very typical of my previous service advisor if the car was going to be in their possession for a few days. So I kindly asked Marty if this was a possibility. After a few back and forth comments he stated "Look, you can either drop off the car with us, our you can simply take it with you, but I am. not giving you a loaner." I have spent a great deal of money with the service department at this dealership and I knew that the transmission was also going to be very costly, and so I took the conversation to the Service Manager, Lisa. I got a call from her 3 days after the fact and her basically telling me that Ford changed it policy back in January of 2021, yet I have had two services done since that time and both times received a loaner vehicle from my service advisor. Lisa was very dismissive and basically told me that there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted to escalate this to Ford I could. This has made me not only want to never do business with Brandon Ford again, but also reconsidering purchasing a Ford period. I would stay far way from this Ford Dealership especially the service department. They want to sell you the cars, but the customer service unfortunately stops once you pull off the lot. I will never again take any of my vehicles to this dealership, and I will use my social platform to also ensure that everyone knows about their business tactics at the service department over there. Very poor quality customer service. More

She went above and beyond for me and helped me find the exact part I needed for my explorer that no one else seemed to be able to find! dealt with!!
