It is impossible to get service on your car at Brandon Ford I have been dealing with Brandon Ford for about 2 years now and I am a very dissatisfied customer. This dealership has plenty of people willing to sell you a car, but just try getting service on the car they just sold you. They will service your car if you are willing to wait 4 to 5 days before they are willing to look at your car. Every time I have gone there for service you have to play the waiting game, and they have one excuse after the other as to why they are always behind schedule. When you have issues with your car they are usually unpredictable and customers need their vehicle serviced right away in an emergency. If you are looking for any type of sympathy to the situation or quick service.....forget it! I have also noticed in these 2 years if your vehicle needs warranty repairs, this dealership will book you last. They prefer cash paying customers first and warranty work whenever they have time to get to it. I would strongly suggest that you buy a vehicle from a dealership that values your business. More

Awful service. Crooks. Went in for new battery. Was told my check engine light was on when I dropped it off (it was NOT on). Told my car needed a new throttle body that woul Went in for new battery. Was told my check engine light was on when I dropped it off (it was NOT on). Told my car needed a new throttle body that would cost over $600. When I looked it up online, the throttle body for my model was a known issue. Ford issued a Customer Satisfaction (not a full recall) and fixed the issue for free. When I told that to the service guy, he just said there was no recall. Also said my car was not safe to drive and I basically had no choice to have it fixed....again, my car was running just fine with the exception of the battery. I took my car there because it is located near my work, but will take my car to Veterans Ford in the future....at least they have been fair. More
