Polite and helpful I brought my car in for a engine air filter and a lost hubcap. Gio was very professional and helpful. I mentioned a concern I had that was covered under my warranty. He immediately addressed the issue unlike the dealership that I bought my car from in Tampa. They underplayed it not listening to my concerns while trying to sell me a package maintenance. You have won my business. I only wish I had bought a car from you. Lesson learned. Great job!!! More

They needed to keep my car untill those persons could get together. (That's what the apppointed time was for! ) that is twice now I have made an appt and they could not service it until "sometime later today". The other was a run of the mill oil change. Very poor service here Even though I scheduled early and first thing in the morning, they are running behind...really?! They are two for two and I have no reason to believe it would ever be anything different. More

Service Know that if Brandon Ford to repair an issue you may have take your vehicle back and forth to the dealership at your time and expense until they actua Know that if Brandon Ford to repair an issue you may have take your vehicle back and forth to the dealership at your time and expense until they actually fix the issue and they may use a "cheaper route" to repair over and over (at your time and expense going back and forth to dealership). Only after a "sufficient" number of these return trips will they then take a "more expensive" repair route as this must be approved by management, it does not matter if you have purchased a maintenance plan or not. It is their bottom line that counts not yours as the consumer. Make sure to ask your service advisor if they will be keeping your vehicle overnight, they won't tell (but you will sitting by the phone waiting on that call). More
