Held truck for six days call service manager he got upset when I asked about fix on transmission . Matt said come get truck I will not fix trans problem , if you read Waynes Blog he states he statement on h when I asked about fix on transmission . As always the service staff at Brandon took care of me again.. The long term relationship and trust keeps bringing me back to Brandon ford. I only wish Brandon Ford would open a location in Orlando, an again.. The long term relationship and trust keeps bringing me back to Brandon ford. I only wish Brandon Ford would open a location in Orlando, and Jacksonville. For now I will tow my vehicles from each location to Brandon Ford. Karen Sullivan and I have done business for over 20 years and she always gives me honest and quality service. I don’t always like to hear what she has to say when it comes to cost , but my vehicles are always repaired right and promptly. I’ve dealt with many ford service departments over the years and haven’t found one better than Brandon in Florida. Thanks again!!!! More
I wish I could have selected no-stars. I went to this dealership for the very first time with an issue on my Fusion. My car was slowing down when driving it. I took it to the service area, I went to this dealership for the very first time with an issue on my Fusion. My car was slowing down when driving it. I took it to the service area, and before I was greeted, the gentleman told me if I had an appointment, I explained that I did not have an appointment as I started having issues the same day. He told me that without an appointment I was not able to leave my car to be serviced. I asked if he could make me an appointment, and he said I had better luck bringing my car to Firestone or Pepboys. I was like, you have not even checked my car to tell me that. Then he said, it could take about 4 weeks before they even see the car. I told him that it still needed to be fixed as it is a road hazard driving the car the damaged. He then said he could make me an appointment to drop off the car the following week. I explained that my car was not driveable. He said I was out of luck and never took me in. This was the worst first experience there. I would never ever come back. More

Called the number again they informed that i don't qualify for a loaner per another service dept. person. I only have 21,500 miles on my 2021 F-150. Waisted gas and time traveling to the dealership. Arrived at 9:35 for a ten o’clock appt for an oil change. Told by Tyler King that it would be 2-3 hours because they had only 3 technicians. At 12:33 I checked on the status of my oil change because my truck is still fourth in line and hasn’t move in a long time. He asked who was my advisor, I said “you”, because he was, I guess he didn’t know it. At this time while I was inquiring, there was 4 or 5 employees either sitting in chairs or standing around the counter area. I guess they had nothing to do but stand around and xx. Tyler said he would move me ahead and it would be done in about one hour. What would have happened if I had not gone to check on the status of my truck? Why was my vehicle 4th in line and not moving after more than 2.5 hours? I’ve been coming here from West St Pete since 2018 only because of the respect and connection I’ve established with Jim Gordon who I purchased both of my Trucks from. I’ll most likely look for a Ford dealership in Pinellas County, it should be very easy to improve on the current service being offered at Brandon Ford. This is NOT the first time this type of thing has happened, it’s just the first time I’ve said anything about it. I was not solicited via email to complete a survey like other times in the past, hmm, I wonder why? More
Well, I just purchase a used 2011 Ford F150 and called Brandon Ford to get some work done, including a recall, and was told they don't work on older trucks and referred me to Gator Ford. I did not know Ford dealers had an age limit on the vehicles they serviced. So if you have an older vehicle don't bother calling Brandon Ford for work because they obviously don't need your business. I see they describe themselves as a "full service" dealership. I beg to differ. Apparently that is only true if you drive a Ford vehicle that is a 2012 or newer. I was calling around today to have the engine serviced in my 2010 Ford F250. Naturally, one of the first places I called was the Ford dealership, in this case Brandon Ford. I was initially directed to voicemail, so I left a message describing the vehicle and left a number for them to call back. Several hours later I had not received a call back, so I called them again. This time the representative informed me that it was now their policy not to service Ford vehicles over ten years old. Wow. Was not expecting that. I expressed my surprise to the representative and asked if I could see that in writing. After another five minutes on hold she came back and informed that they do not provide that policy in writing. So I am now taking in upon myself to inform the rest of you of their policy, just in case that might make a difference in the brand of vehicle you purchase or where you take it to have it serviced.
