Excellent Service When my 2011 Ford Fusion suddenly started to go "clunk" every so often as I was driving it, I knew it was time to arrange for it to be serviced right When my 2011 Ford Fusion suddenly started to go "clunk" every so often as I was driving it, I knew it was time to arrange for it to be serviced right away. Called Brandon Ford and they arranged to take it right away. It turned out that the problem was in the transmission. They were able to get the correct part and have my car back to me in just a few days. I was very pleased with the service and will be back when it is time for my next service checkup. More

30,000 mile maintenance Ill be brief: when i called to set an appointment, the Service desk said 2 hours, ~$200-250 and it was literally more than double that. Had an appointment at 11am, got there at 1030 to be safe, which is the same reason I asked for time and cost quotes. Obviously. They say I'll be $389 before taxes, $417 after, and it will take at least 4 hours, probably 5. I get my car back and the techs didn't reset my clock after battery cleaning and what happened to the floor vacuuming you used to get as a courtesy. Needless to say, I left with a bad taste in my mouth. More
