Great Experience. Brought our Fiesta in for recall work. Had to keep it overnight. Got a nice F150 as a loaner at no charge. Will continue to use dealership. Brought our Fiesta in for recall work. Late long and unresponsive Arriving 10 minutes before my appointed time and sitting there for 20 I decided to asked if I needed to wait in this long line to find out the appoint Arriving 10 minutes before my appointed time and sitting there for 20 I decided to asked if I needed to wait in this long line to find out the appointment means nothing. Coming back 3 hours later for an oil change that took roughly 2 hours to complete, it killed my entire day. Finding out that there was a recall item that was addressed during the service was small consolation. If there were a single person that had a clue in the entire department they could have told me that ahead of time and I could have left the car overnight. More

3 1/2 hours for a tire change with appointment Made an appointment to have all 4 tires changed. Called beforehand to make certain they had the tires in stock. Car Issue not resolve I dropped my car off to get a diagnostic on why my car cut off after fueling gas. After one week, I am back to square one cause the mechanic could not determine the issue. I was told by my service advisor to check with person who done prior repairs to my car for assistance. How does that resolve my car issue when I took it to a certified Ford center to diagnose my issue. I rather drive 50 miles to another dealership before I come back to brandon Ford. More
What a Joke!! Scheduled an oil change and requested my truck be inspected for some issues it's been having that are covered under warranty. I confirmed my appointment the day prior for both the oil change and the inspection. When I arrived, it was apparent that this was no organized operation. Cars were going in all directions, there was no clear indication of where to park or lineup and I had at least two service guys outside ignore my request for help. When I finally met Scott, my appointed service guy, I knew I made a mistake bringing my truck here. He was incredibly rude and short. He proceeds to tell me that they could only do the oil change (the only thing they would be able to make any money off of me) and that I would have to talk to a different department to get my truck looked at and they were at least two days behind. I asked him why they didn't tell me that when I confirmed my appoint the day prior and he shrugged his shoulders and it was apparent it wasn't his problem. I then took my truck out of line and went to find a manager. I stopped at the parts counter to point me in the right direction and they actually were extremely helpful. I was pointed in the direction of the service manager Joe and waited for almost 10 minutes to no avail and left. It sucks that it cost me an hour of my morning but at least I was saved from having to do business with them. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else. More

My car has been here for various reasons from the time it was 6 months old - bought the car brand new. Most recent issue is overinflation wear of tires from last service in July, caused uneven wear to, now, 3 undrivable tires. Talked to service manager who stated it's been "too long" since they've touched the car to do anything. Funny, I took it in for the scheduled maintenance, so tell me how that's "too long." The tires were sufficient until they got their hands on my car most recently. So of course, no one wants to take ownership and the service manager just gave me a "sorry." Will never buy another car from here, or go for service. Will make sure everyone else knows how poor this service department treats their customers. Not to mention how pathetically they beg for "excellent" surveys from customers! Unfortunately, this is only one issue of many I've dealt with from this dealer. More

When I finally got a hold of someone, they had my phone number wrong, even though I left it in the voicemail and online numerous times. Pulling in for my appt and it is chaos, people wandering every where with no organization. More
They try to take advantage of you for profit I've had a horrible experience dealing with this dealership. First when I called the girl on the phone said she would call back when an advisor was a I've had a horrible experience dealing with this dealership. First when I called the girl on the phone said she would call back when an advisor was available to help me with my warranty question. Never called me back so I called. Got another rep that didn't know what I was talking about since the other rep had apparently left for the day and my information was not passed on. Explained the issue again and this person was less helpful. She ended up scheduling me for an appointment. The main problem I'm having with my car is that the wheel bearings/ hub assembly are bad or damaged. When I received my apointment email it stated that I wanted my "hub caps" looked at.. My vehicle does not have hub caps. I called and the rep on the phone said she would correct it. I brought my car to the dealership on the appointment day about 15 minutes early just in case. I explained the issue to the first guy that approached me and then to nick who was in charge of my work order. I explained what the symptoms were (wobbling noise between 20-50 mph that increases with speed and a slight vibration that goes with it and it gets worse when turning right and also right after it rains" and that I believed it was the wheel bearings/ hub assembly and that I had taken it to a Firestone which also confirmed that it was the wheel bearings/hub assembly. I understand ford would need to inspect regardless. I asked about he warranty and nick automatically stated that my warranty was expired. I'm pretty sure it would be covered under the power train if it's covered at all and that part of the warranty was clearly not expired. He wasn't even going to mention the powertrain warranty had I not mentioned it. He stated they would need to inspect to see if that part is covered under that portion of the warranty. So when he was having me sign the papers for them to do the work, I noticed (and pointed out) that it still said "hub cap" and did not mention the bearings or hub assembly. I was told "don't worry about it" and asked to just sign the form. So after all of this he tells me that they may not be able to look at it until tonight or tomorrow morning. I don't understand the point of an appointment if they're going to look at my vehicle when they get to it and not when my appointment is. so after all of this I get home and in my email is a notification about my work order with a link to the site to check the status of the work being done. I go to it and word for word it says "CUSTOMER STATES THERE IS A HUMMING NOISE FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE THAT GETS LOUDER WITH SPEED. PLS CHECK AND ADVISE". This is not what I said. I specifically wanted them to check my bearings/hub assembly since I already know they're causing problems and to determine if these parts are covered under the warranty so I can have them replaced or repaired under warranty. The wording used in this report sounds like they would be inspecting any number of possibilities in my vehicle and I would most likely be charged for it. I called and complained and he rep on the phone spoke with Nick. I was told that Nick wrote down what I said and that he would correct what it says in the system. I still have not seen any corrections to this. More
