arrogant and condescending Went to Brandon Ford dealer today to talk to Wayne Hammond about some Body Shop service talked to his assistant 4 hrs later get a call from the body s Went to Brandon Ford dealer today to talk to Wayne Hammond about some Body Shop service talked to his assistant 4 hrs later get a call from the body shop manager who got real arrogant and condescending to me stating that he just got yelled at by Wayne Hammond for honoring something that happened 3 yrs ago. Unbelieveable to think that this past weekend they were advertising about striving to be the #2 Ford Dealer in the Country. If all of the managers at Brandon Ford treat their customers like this they won't stay on top for long. Had the BS manager. Basically when the BS manager came to honor his word he turned it around on me because I had to send my daughter to get the repair completed while I was tending to my father who hads a serious heart attack and was not able to handle this myself. Long story short 2 months later after burying my father and moving my mother I retruned home went to see Wayne Hammond and his BS manager called me furious that as he "stated went over his head to his boss". Well I say if your not going to honor your word why would I waste my time and his and talk to the GM whose managers are a reprsentative to Wayne Hammond, Brandon Ford, and the Ford Motor Company. Here is a quote from Wayne Hammond and based on the BS managers distasteful words I beleive this quote to be the opposite of Mr Hammond. Judge for yourself and I hope that the fruit of this quote finds better ways for you and Brandon Ford Wayne: "Do the right thing for the customer." Great job. Big props for Tyler. I started doing my service in Brandon ford after I was disappointed in Bill Currie's staff. I was hearing weird metallic noises coming from driver's s I started doing my service in Brandon ford after I was disappointed in Bill Currie's staff. I was hearing weird metallic noises coming from driver's side of my vehicle. In Bill Currie they said that there is moisture on my wheel (still got a paper for that) and claimed that problem is gone. It wasn't. I asked my service advisor Tyler to check this out again and see what is going on with that. They spent some time looking for a problem and it turned out that it is something more complicated. Finally they had an answer for me and found a solution. Other than that Tyler and one of the mechanics drove with me twice to make sure that everything is all right. I really appreciate Tyler's help and what Brandon Ford did for me. Other than that I didn't have to pay anything because my car is still on warranty. I will keep doing all my service work in their location and will recommend Tyler and their service crew to anyone I know. Thank you guys. More
