Excellent and Speedy Job I stopped by Brandon Ford Friday July 3, 2015 in the late afternoon to see if I could drop my F-150 off for some tires and routine maintenance on Satu I stopped by Brandon Ford Friday July 3, 2015 in the late afternoon to see if I could drop my F-150 off for some tires and routine maintenance on Saturday. Robert Lopez (service rep) explained that the service department would be closed on Saturday for the July 4th holiday, but that if I had time, he could provide the necessary service and new tire mounting while I waited. Robert had the service personnel take my truck back immediately and get started with the procedures. True almost to the minute, the service was completed and my truck returned to me within one hour and 10 minutes, just as Robert had stated, in under one and half hours. Throughout my four years of numerous services that have been performed at Brandon Ford, I have always had a great experience with Robert and his fellow service personnel. I would recommend this dealership's service and sales department to anyone seeking a Ford vehicle. I would also suggest purchasing the Premium maintenance package as it has been a true savings and a great experience as it relates to scheduled maintenance. Michael Chancey Sr. More

My experience with Brandon Ford I purchased a used 2010 Lincoln MKZ from Brandon Ford with 47,000 miles showing on the odometer. It immediately had issues with active engine codes. These codes were intermittent and difficult to trace. Tommy Shelly (Salesman who sold me the car) was fantastic in setting up appointments and providing transportation during the time the car was in the service center. The issues were resolved, the car is peforming beautifully. I recommend the dealership and will return again when the need arises for another car purchase. More

Seamless experience I had a 1:30 appointment and showed up about 45 minutes early with both of my two kids (ages 5 and 3). Bruce was able to accommodate my early arrival I had a 1:30 appointment and showed up about 45 minutes early with both of my two kids (ages 5 and 3). Bruce was able to accommodate my early arrival and said to plan on about 90 minutes. I was there for the works and needed my right side tires looked at as they continued to be low on air. Within an hour, Bruce called my cell to inform me that the tires each had a nail in them and they could repair and shared with me the cost for that. Thank goodness for the children's play area inside the main showroom. The time there with two little ones went by without issue and total time was about 2 hours. More
