Only after a "sufficient" number of these return trips will they then take a "more expensive" repair route as this must be approved by management, it does not matter if you have purchased a maintenance plan or not. It is their bottom line that counts not yours as the consumer. Make sure to ask your service advisor if they will be keeping your vehicle overnight, they won't tell (but you will sitting by the phone waiting on that call). More
