Got a great car at a great price! I was looking for a used vehicle that still had some good miles left and could come with a warranty. I met Jack when I pulled in and he listened to my needs and began to show me around. I was looking for a a miracle car, low miles, great gas mileage, warranty, and a color I liked. Jack was patient as I viewed each one till I found the one I liked. It met my needs and I loved it. When we went in to do the purchase I called my insurance company and found out it was too expensive for me to insure. I had to walk away, Jack did not push me or try to persuade me. I went home and worked it out with my insurance company and came back for the car. I already had my own financing so it was easy after that. Channing had the paperwork ready and it was done! Checked out local dealers and their attitude was all wrong! Brandon Ford has aggressive advertising. Saw their adds on line and the prices looked good, but they always do! Drive 85 miles on Sunday! The prices were in the windows. bottom line, but our salesman Joe Spellman, pointed us to the good deals. No pressure, price was what it was, we liked the truck, and were sent to finance. Toni was wonderful, she got the payments to what we wanted, got a good interest rate, and even got it financed thru our bank! JUST A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUYING A NEW VEHICLE. More

Tommy Shelley happened to walking by and asked if we needed some assistance. He was so low key that I was taken back. Thank him for asking and continued looking. Came back a couple of days later picked out our truck. Mr Shelley assisted us in every aspect to include precertified trucks and new. And if his professionalism wasn't enough he came in under budget. When does that happen at a dealership. I will not only come back to Brandon Ford but will recommend them to anyone who ask. More

Because of that, we almost had to walk away from the deal, until our financing associate was able to secure a deal, which although higher of a payment that I really wanted, was more in line with what I could afford. What a wasted trip because no other dealer had the inventory of trucks as Brandon Ford. Then we fortunate enough to meet Shelly. He is a "no pressure" salesman and was an absolute pleasure to be around. It was like shopping with a friend instead of a guy just trying to sell a truck. He took the time, in the blistering heat, to explain the advantages of one truck over another until we found the one that my wife wanted. He made buying a truck an enjoyable experience instead of a burden. When it was time to drive off in the new truck, Shelly took the time to explain every option to my wife before she left. Shelly has earned my business for life and couldn't be recommended more to anyone who is looking to buy a Ford. More
