I called the internet department to inquire about a Roush 429 Mustang on my sons behalf. Upon my arrival no one Attacked me but everyone I saw or walked passed spoke to me. I did not feel pressured or like a fish in a barrel for spearing as at other dealerships. The salesman I spoke with on the phone Tim was tied up with a young couple selling them a car so he turned me over to another salesman. My immediate first thought was great, here we go, being passed around already. But to my surprise it was a fantastic experience. I was introduced to Lyle Herb and we spoke for a minute and I sincerely felt like I had know Lyle forever. The added bonus was he was not a B.S.high pressure salesman nor a clerk. he was knowledgeable and direct, polite and friendly. Fact of truth I wanted to run in look at the car and run out. Lyle was so natural and relaxed he has this feeling you're his friend of years but without the phony fake type friendly. Honest and sincere about helping you make a good decision. Instead of running in and out, I ended up hanging out for well over about two hours because i wanted to do so, not that they played that pass you around the dealership game. I thoroughly enjoyed be at the dealership. so when i did leave, I called my son and told him about the car and the experience. Because of my sons work schedule it was about a week before we could come back. Sadly upon arrival it had been sold a few hours earlier. But, I saw a 2004 T-bird and loved it so Lyle sold it to me and bent over backwards to get me the deal I needed to afford comfortably. Two days later and I own the T-bird and now my son is looking at a Bullet Mustang. I will happily recommend Brandon Ford and highly recommend Lyle. Thanks for a great deal, great service and professional help of the highest kind. i will be back to do business again. We went into this dealership because we bought from them in the past and had already had a good experience. We did our share of looking around for the best prices and we just could not believe that the car in the past and had already had a good experience. We saved so much money that we bought 2 beautiful new cars. The dealers were extremely helpful and did everything I ask them to do for me. The finance manager Toni was awesome.
