I was looking for a new Ford Fusion for my girlfriend and agreed on a price at another dealer for a 2012 Fusion SE...however, Tommy Shelly at Brandon Ford was able to get us a loaded 2012 Fusion SEL and save agreed on a price at another dealer for a 2012 Fusion SE...however, Tommy Shelly at Brandon Ford was able to get us a loaded 2012 Fusion SEL and saved us a $1000. I helped mom mother purchase a car recently at Brandon Ford. I spoke with an internet sales person named Tim Houlis and explained what we were looking for, both in terms of the car/deal and in terms of the overall experience. A pushy, tacky sales person would have really turned my elderly mother off and Tim seemed to get that. He was extremely professional, polite and respectful. We got a fair deal and had an excellent experience. He even spent 45 minutes walking her through all the technology which was pretty intimidating to her at first. Now she uses it all the time. I highly recommend Brandon Ford and specifically Tim Houlis. More

My salesperson called me back when she said she was going to, I didn't have to keep calling, her followup was awesome before we bought the car, just as is still is today. Angela Clark was awesome to deal with, over the phone and in person. She found us the perfect car at a very reasonable price without a bunch of the run around usually associated with buying a car. I would highly recommend her if you would like to buy a car or truck and not put up with the typical dealer bullshit! Angela Clark was very up front, honest and very professional. We had a service issue after a week of having the car, I called Angela, she set up the appt, followed it through, and she was the one who called me to tell me it was ready for pickup. He was very laid back, relaxed, humorous and really just seemed to make my needs his priority. I never felt the pressure of a sale the way you normally feel. Even more importantly, since my purchase, I feel like I could email or call him with any questions and he would respond with the answer. That's also something I appreciate that we are still the customer and they are still there to assist us. More
