Being retired and living on a fixed income this was welcome news. Nina and my I are really pleased with our Ford Fusion Hybird. We took a trip up North to Ohio, Michigan, and Chicago, Ill and got 38.3 mpg for the 3,300 mile trip. This car is the most quiet and comfordable ride of all the cars we have owned to include Volvo and BMW. Thanks Ford for a great vehicle. More

This is the third new Ford vehicle we have purchased from Brandon Ford. Our salesman on the first two in 07 and 08 was Kirk and just this week on our latest purchase the salesman was Lyle. Both men were frie Brandon Ford. Our salesman on the first two in 07 and 08 was Kirk and just this week on our latest purchase the salesman was Lyle. Both men were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the Ford vehicles. Neither Kirk nor Lyle were pushy or applied any pressure to "make a deal". They let the product sell itself. The selection and quantity of vehicles at Brandon Ford is impressive. I would and have recommended Brandon Ford for new car purchase and service. As far as we are concerned Brandon Ford is our only dealership. More
I selected Brandon Ford because they had advertised the vehicle that I was looking for. I knew what I wanted prior to contacting the dealership and then applied on line for the vehicle. Matt Salling contacted me and I knew immediately that I would be able to deal with him. I recently went to Lakeland Toyota and explained that I needed to look at the vehicles first then would get with a salesman. Unfortunately for Lakeland Toyota, they were just a little to pushy for me and I walked out of the dealership. To be honest the Focus was my second choice but because Matt was not over the top pushy, he got my business. Extremely happy with the purchase and the entire process. Way to go Brandon Ford and Matt and of course Toni as well. More
The price of the truck was good however, I was displeased with the trade in offer I was given for my vehicle. I should have received double what I was offered. Not to mention I stroked Brandon Ford a check for 37K. Therefore, I think the salesman could have given me more for my trade in that he did. Other than that it was an overall satisfying experience. I would recommend Brandon Ford to my friends and would definitely buy from JC again! More

Had a mix up with my original works service....quality care maintenance warranty issue..didn't get appropriate tire rotation. It's nice to see when a company just makes its right instead of making excuses! My first service experience at Brandon after buying Escape there. Thanks Tee. I had a very good experience with Brandon Ford. The people there are polite and helpful. The company does not pressure you and will give you space.
