He is always very professional and explains exactly what needs to be done and how long it will take. Within an hour a complete multi point inspection was performed, tires rotated, oil and more. Scott provided additional recommendations, projected recommendations with dates and descriptions. He is always very professional and explains exactly what needs to be done and how long it will take. Arrived at 2pm and was told it would be a 2 hour wait, otherwise, to come back around 7pm for the real slow hours. Came back around 7 and received great service. Buddy was amazing with getting my information and giving great service. I will be back for more oil changes, tire rotations, and anything else that I might need for my Focus. More

Since we were going to be in working in Tampa for a few days, we decided to drop in and see this car. Otis greeted us, was very friendly and helpful in our search. We took the Focus for a test drive and really liked it. After we returned to the lot, we noticed a Blue Fusion. We looked it over but it wasn't quite as economical on the gas mileage. But there was another one parked behind it. This Fusion was a beautiful blue, leather interior, low miles and the price was right. What we went in there to purchase was not what we drove home. Otis and Dennis from the finance department couldn't have made it a more easy and pleasant experience. More

We spied some excellent deals on 2014 Escapes online, and after a quick inquiry, we were connected with the marvelous Tommy Shelly. Mr. Shelly was patient, informative, provided comedic relief, and did not pressure us in any way. We were able to get a great deal (which I hear is typical of Brandon Ford), and love our new Escape. Tommy Shelly did a remarkable job, and went above and beyond to help us make sure we were satisfied with our experience and purchase. While filling out the customer survey afterwards, somehow we clicked the wrong button on the first question, but we strongly feel that Mr. Shelly is an asset to both his clients and Brandon Ford! More
