Scott and the service team quickly diagnosed and corrected the problems, getting a road car back to me quickly so I could leave on a trip. This service also handled a Ford recall that Scott did a excellent job explaining what they actual did and they were waiting on a part that's on order. The whole service experience was firendly and prompt. Scott went through the service invoice in detail and answered all my questions. I always consistently receive excellent service from Brandon Ford at reasonable prices for the past 11 years. More

excellent experience Long story short, my car was covered under the manufacturer warranty. Unlike other experiences, they asked for my info, asked what was wrong, and Long story short, my car was covered under the manufacturer warranty. Unlike other experiences, they asked for my info, asked what was wrong, and that's it. They provided me with a free rental. 2 days later, had the car back. I didn't have to pay a dime. The customer service was amazing and inviting. Robert made everything so simple, and most importantly, kept me updated with the progress at all times. More

Like all dealers it just takes to long. When I took delivery there was a box on the rear seat that contained a piece of the grill that should have been installed. I intalled it mayself. The advertized price on the internet should mention that the rebates are included. I wanted a brake controller on the truck. Funny that a truck designed to haul an 7000+ trailer does not include one. (not fault of dealer). But they could have installed on for the same price as factory install one, instead of 200+ more. More

Fast Times at Brandon Ford I have been bringing my 2011 F150 FX4 to Brandon Ford ever since we bought it from JC Clements and have experienced nothing by great service. I just I have been bringing my 2011 F150 FX4 to Brandon Ford ever since we bought it from JC Clements and have experienced nothing by great service. I just switched from synthetic blend to 100% synthetic oil because I want this truck to last a long time. At first, I was concerned about dealing with a dealership the size of Brandon Ford but so far have received no high pressure, starting from the purchase and through to the service department. I was pleasantly surprised by the price I paid for the loaded FX4 (and I finally understand Sync!) and I have found the service work to be likewise reasonably priced. I make my appointment, get in and get out -- all within a time span that makes it seem as if the technicians started working on it before I started on my first cup of coffee in the customer lounge. Would I recommend Brandon Ford? Oh, heck yes! More

First Routine Maintenance Check on New Fusion I had my first scheduled routine maintenance check and oil change for my new Ford Fusion that I bought at Brandon Ford (which was an excellent car buy I had my first scheduled routine maintenance check and oil change for my new Ford Fusion that I bought at Brandon Ford (which was an excellent car buying experience as well) this past weekend. I debated on if I should make the 30 minute drive from St. Pete to Brandon or just find some place closer to do the oil change. I am so glad that I made the drive. From the scheduling the appointment on-line, to the arrival experience, and quick turnaround in changing the oil & rotating my tires the 30 minute drive was well worth it. I will be making the drive for all future maintenance as well. More
