Mustang GT 2013 power steering issues Usually I hate to take a car back to a dealership for warranty due to the hassle that it is to get the claim under warranty. However in this dealer which was not the one that I purchase the car, they really took care of me and fix the issues for no cost. Most say thanks to Gio for keeping me updated every day on the status of my car and getting me back on the wheel. I never go to a dealership for oil changes, but just because the service was so good I will take it even if the cost is a bit more. More

Shane Larkin in sales did the unthinkable !!! I must say having visited 5 car dealers before Brandon Ford I did not expect a pleasant experience what so ever. I tried something different and asked I must say having visited 5 car dealers before Brandon Ford I did not expect a pleasant experience what so ever. I tried something different and asked for the newest salesman you had. I have to say meeting Mr Larkin was a huge shocker. He went out of his way to see that every question and concern was addressed. Hard to describe him, courteous , attentive , listed to what I wanted instead of telling me what I needed. In just five minutes of conversation he asked if he could show me something he thought I might like. It was the Edge Sport and I must say I could not be happier. It is an exciting car to say the least. It was shocking how he took me right to what I would buy. I would recommend Mr Larkin and Brandon Ford without hesitation to anyone. Please thank Mr Larkin as well as Dennis in finance for a superior job. More
