I have found that they are very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. The recent problem was very difficult to repeat and diagnose but they stuck with it till it was resolved. I have found that when you treat your vehicle like it is still new and respect it and service it as such it will stay like new. Short cuts or cut rate service actually take a toll on your vehicles longevity. I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle service and the professional driver. More

The rubber frame on the backseat door was crinkled from the factory and when we brought it in to be taken care of, Jeff Dick along with Scott Parker made sure we had a vehicle to drive for the day. I have had two prior visits to Brandon Ford for service and neither of those visits can compare to my recent visit. Mr. Vescera was very professional and courteous. He recommended only the services my vehicle needed and made sure a recall service was completed during my visit. During my previous two visit for service, none of the two prior advisors were very attentive or customer focus at all. They did not look to see if my 2014 F150 had a recall. They did not recommend any future maintenance or other best practices for maintaining my truck. If you need help with maintaining your new or used Ford product, please ask for Mr. Giorgio Vescera. You will be glad you did.. JP More
