Overall good experience First, I will say that no one enjoys having to get repairs in their new vehicles, so being in a position at a service department I'm sure they have to First, I will say that no one enjoys having to get repairs in their new vehicles, so being in a position at a service department I'm sure they have to deal with people who are already stressed and upset. How they treat the customer post sale, at least to me, is what makes the difference between staying with the brand. Sales makes the first sale and service sells the rest. I was kept in the loop and was informed up front at the possibility of it taking more than a day to complete repairs and my car having to stay overnight. This ended up being the case, which again could be a problem for many,but I appreciated knowing the possibility up front so I was prepared for it. They also informed me at a reasonable time that they would need to keep it overnight as opposed to many places that would wait until much later to inform me. I ended up getting the car back the next day, was also informed within a reasonable amount of time and the service fixed the issue I was having. Overall positive experience and I would recommend Ford and their service. More

Amazing Experience I visited Brandon Ford after experiencing a problem with my Ford Focus I purchased in NJ. I needed a new clutch put on and Brandon Ford was very helpf I visited Brandon Ford after experiencing a problem with my Ford Focus I purchased in NJ. I needed a new clutch put on and Brandon Ford was very helpful. They had my car for two days and hooked me up with a free loaner car for both days. They also took care of a recall on my car that I didn't even know about! The service was amazing and Gio was very helpful! He reached out to me multiple times to give me an update on the status of my service and to make sure everything was going well. When I return to Brandon Ford I will make sure I ask for Gio specifically! Thank you for making my entire experience stress free! More

The vehicle is a delicious blend of power and a sporty luxury. This is a vehicle that meets my wife's expectations for comfort and mine for horse power. Its almost as if the Ford engineers interviewed us beforehand and asked us what we felt was important to have in a vehicle. This Edge Sport, brings all of that to bare, and then some!! Recent purchase I recently purchased a 2013 Lincoln Navigator. I drove from northwest Florida to pickup this vehicle. It had a shake when I would stop but I just attr I recently purchased a 2013 Lincoln Navigator. I drove from northwest Florida to pickup this vehicle. It had a shake when I would stop but I just attributed it to the roads near he dealership since I was told it went through a thorough inspection. As I was on the interstate I didn't do much braking until I was hours from the dealership. Well the shaking didn't stop and I took it to my local Lincoln dealership and the rotors need to be replaced at a cost of $500 to me. Also the floor mats were not in the car. I called and asked my salesman about them and he said he would send them to me in the mail. It's now been two weeks since I purchased the vehicle and I've not received the floor mats. Now my emails don't get returned and when I call he just asks me if I have gotten them yet. Very regretful that I made this purchase. Can't say I'd recommend this dealership or make another purchase from here. More
