Service at the last minute I'm on my way to work, didn't have the time to stop at the service depart. I called to get advice- my tire pressure light came on( it's the 3rd time ) I'm on my way to work, didn't have the time to stop at the service depart. I called to get advice- my tire pressure light came on( it's the 3rd time ). They told me to bring it in when I can. Stopped in last night after work, they are open until 9 pm ! I asked if they could take a look at the tires & clear the code, change the oil & rotate the tires. It was done in about an hour! These people are so nice - the lot porter Tyler he is so nice & helpful! Brandon Ford - thank you all so much! This dealership has it down how to treat people- this is my 4th vehicle from Brandon Ford, my husband & I refuse to buy anywhere else, because we know not only we get a good deal purchasing - but the Service dept. Return Customer; However, Not Treated As Such I bought a Ford from your dealership 10 years ago and was treated quite well back then. I decided to come back to you (via St. Petersburg, Florida), b I bought a Ford from your dealership 10 years ago and was treated quite well back then. I decided to come back to you (via St. Petersburg, Florida), based on past experience and reputation. The salesman, Roberto Gutierrez, was excellent (after all, he sold me the car); however, the management/back office was not!! The haggling process (with management) was, "over the top," for me and I have purchased 6 cars in my life. I do not, "feel," like I got a good deal. I feel like I was not treated as a returning customer. I was offered no discounts, details, anything whatsoever. Not even a cookie. I know that's silly; however, it would have been something. I just bought a $30,000 vehicle. The salesman was great, professional, and very pleasant!! The manager was arrogant and offered me far less for my trade-in, than other dealerships were offering (I bought based on past experience alone). I went to two other dealers, who offered me $3,300 and $3,500 respectively. Your manager originally offered me $2,500, then pushed it to $2,750, as I was going to leave, sincerely. I kind of wish that I did. I was dealing with Ford for over 5 and a half hours. I am a Fee-For-Servce employee. I lost a lot of money being there that long. Then, I notice something out of place and the manager simply pushed it back in stating, "there, it's fine. Maybe we can get you back in to have someone look at it." I live in St. Petersburg. I don't want to have to come back in. I came in with my own financing and was pressured my the manager and finance department to finance solely though Ford (or finance through Ford, then go refinance with my lender), at least 4 times. This was offensive. Again, let me reiterate. The salesman, Roberto Gutierrez, was AWESOME. However, his manager almost cost him this sale and HAS lost Brandon Ford customers in the future, as my whole family is frustrated. I will not be coming back to Brandon Ford. David Loggans More
Alternator Replacement Was recently in for problems with my Explorer Sport Trac related to battery and craziness on instrument panel due to bad alternator. Also some clunki Was recently in for problems with my Explorer Sport Trac related to battery and craziness on instrument panel due to bad alternator. Also some clunking in the undercarriage. Jason kept me informed during the diagnostic process and was very pleasant to work with. Good service department at Brandon Ford. No more problems with lights on panel and no more clunking underneath when I turn or run over a bump in road. Thanks! More
