Scott Parker took excellent care of my vehicle and me from start to finish. He was extremely courteous and helpful, a true professional at his work. The truck was taken into the shop shortly after my arrival and the problem diagnosed in about an hour or so. The seal repair required two days to complete as parts had to be ordered. I'm grateful for the excellent service technician at Brandon Ford who performed the repair and for the Ford Protect Extended Service Plan program. The cost of the entire repair including rental car was covered completely uncer the plan I purchased. Thanks Brandon Ford! More

They provided service under my maintenance plan. Truck runs great. They resolved my oil pressure switch issues. The price was right.
