Quick, courteous attention My first trip to the service department...I was not looking forward to it. I had issues starting my two year old Fusion. I called and made an appoin My first trip to the service department...I was not looking forward to it. I had issues starting my two year old Fusion. I called and made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived I was quickly greeted with a smile and after a short few questions about the issue Jason to me they would call when they knew the problem. I received a call a few hours later to tell me my car was ready. Not only was the repair made but they proactively took care of a recall issue, I had not yet been notified was necessary. I had a short wait to pay for my oil change and almost magically my car appear as I walked out the door. Two thumbs up, Brandon Ford! More

Service Advisor Helpful, but not good overall I scheduled my appointment online for a 30k service. When I got to the dealership they had me down for an LOF and tire rotation and first advisor proc I scheduled my appointment online for a 30k service. When I got to the dealership they had me down for an LOF and tire rotation and first advisor proceeded to have a mini argument over what I scheduled.... Then we were handed over to Gio, who was great, attentive and helpful. After waiting at the dealership 3 hours and spending 400$ they didn't even wash my car. I figured that would be complimentary with higher price services. I guess not. I won't be coming back. Lokey Nissan washes cars with even a plain LOF. More
I drove 110 miles to buy my car at Brandon Ford. I found the exact car that I wanted to buy for my wife of 50 years at Brandon Ford by looking on the Internet and their web site on a Friday afternoon I found the exact car that I wanted to buy for my wife of 50 years at Brandon Ford by looking on the Internet and their web site on a Friday afternoon. I called Brandon Ford, which I had never heard of before and spoke with Maurice Summers, whom I had never met. Maurice was very patient with me answering all the questions in detail about the vehicle. I called Maurice back about 30 minutes later and told him that we would drive to Brandon Ford on Saturday morning to see and drive the car..I called him on Saturday morning to let him know that we had left home and should arrive at the dealership about 10:30 AM. Upon arrival I test drove the car and then we did a little negotiating with my trade-in and we reached an agreement and I purchased the 2016 Ford Escape. I thought I was going to have to drive back home and remove my handicap lift from the back of my trade-in and then return to Brandon Ford to pick up our new car, however Maurice was more than helpful and went beyond the 'call of duty' in helping to remover the lift and then he ask two others at the dealership to hep him place the lift in the back of our new car. I really appreciated Maurice doing this because it saved me from about a 220 mile round trip to come back to pick up our new car. This was probably the most enjoyable purchase of a vehicle in my life and I would tell anyone about my wonderful experience with Maurice Summers and Brandon Ford. Within four days after my purchase, I have received an email from the dealership and also Maurice Summers thanking me for my business and also to inquire if I had any questions about our new car. This afternoon, I also received a phone call from Maurice as a second follow up on my purchase. I would like to thank Brandon Ford and Maurice Summers for their kind treatment of two elderly persons at their dealership. This transaction could not have been any smoother or easier in my opinion. Also, thanks to Toni that did all of our paperwork for the transaction. Thanks again.... More
