To prove the point, I'm in New Jersey and flew to Florida to make the purchase. Now the math issue, I believe they use an outside firm to handle titling and registering out of state deals. When the sales person sent me the initial breakdown of all the costs, I noted that the sales tax figure was incorrect. I let him know and he said that the numbers came from this "firm" and if there's any problems it will addressed. Fast forward to when I received my plates, registration and a refund check for over charges, there wasn't a breakdown of how they arrived at the refund total. I asked for it and they were kind enough to send it to me but there was still that sales tax discrepancy. It was clear as day in the breakdown they sent me. There was the sales tax charged me and further down was the amounts of tax paid out to FL and NJ. Well after multiple email exchanges with the sales person, highlighting their own numbers, I just gave up. Bottom line $124, not the end of the world but it's the principle. Could have been a 5 Star review! More

I am pleased to say Brandon Ford was THE BEST dealership to work with hands down. We drove nearly five hours to purchase our new 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium (our sixth Ford vehicle). Initially I thought there is no way a dealership could be as fabulous as the reviews indicated. However, the entire process from the initial call to arriving the next day was seamless, professional and very warm. Our salesman, Jim Gordon, and the sales manager Bob Mulroy, lived up to the glowing reviews and then some. They were honest, transparent, worked hard for our deal, and have an incredible inventory of Ford vehicles on site. We received a significant discount as they are a high volume dealer with down home service. Any vehicle color or trim level you want to see is certainly on their lot. This makes for a cool vehicle buying experience! There was no pressure, there was simply pride in exceptionally crafted American vehicles. They believe in their products and their work proves their commitment. We left grateful, proud of our new vehicle, and a long-time friend of Brandon Ford's. Since leaving, we have received a call as well as email following up on our experience and ensuring all our needs were met. This is rare customer service that extended beyond a business. The truly care about their products, their customers, and every transaction that they make. Well done, team. Waste of time and money. I had contacted this dealer 3 days before with my trade info and received an estimated trade in evaluation online. I was happy with the numbers and made the 2 hour drive north from Fort Myers to the dealership in order to get my new vehicle. We started talking numbers after seeing my trades in person and being satisfied with the condition. The salesman then walked to his office and came back about five minutes later saying that they were going to offer me $8,000 less than I was promised in the email. He stated that some other salesperson mistook the information I sent for a lifted F250 SuperDuty. I can not see how that is possible since I clearly defined it as a F150 and attached the VIN, so I am not sure if he was just outright lying or trying to generate a LOT more profit for the company. Needless to say, I walked out of the showroom and will never be returning to this store again. I wasted 4 hours of travel time, not to mention all the gas money in order to be lied to and taken for a ride. Awful way to do business. More

Otis Colbert sales manager is the best! My wife and I were in on Sunday, September 18th. It was a very busy day in the sales department. All the sales consultants were busy with clients but My wife and I were in on Sunday, September 18th. It was a very busy day in the sales department. All the sales consultants were busy with clients but Otis Colbert the sales manager made sure that we were taken care of. He personally took the time to give us some numbers that we could try and work with, while still handling many clients and sales consultants with their clients. After we left on Sunday, it was no doubt that out of all the salesman and sales Managers from many dealerships from Naples to Tampa, Otis and his staff are by far the most courteous and respectful that you can find on this coast. After looking for the right vehicle for over 5 weeks and to be honest I had enough of dealership sales staff. It wasn't just that their numbers were better then their competitors but most importantly we didn't once feel like we were slime balled into buying a vehicle. We bought a super nice truck yesterday and we will 100% be back to hopefully buy another vehicle in the near future and then another one for my youngest son. It all comes from good training and proper leadership. Otis is a straight forward guy and an incredible asset to the Brandon Ford team. Keep up the great work Otis and the Brandon Ford team! Ford focus is junk! Purchased a brand new Focus in 2014.with nothing but problems. I was sold this car with both Brandon Ford and The Ford Motor Co. fully knowing of the Purchased a brand new Focus in 2014.with nothing but problems. I was sold this car with both Brandon Ford and The Ford Motor Co. fully knowing of the faulty transmission put in the 2014 focus. Ford Co. employees told me that they were told of the transmission problems, and to just repair them. This issue was country wide. I had the transmission fixed three times , the A.C. once, and the steering electronics once. I filed a complaint with Ford Motor Co. under the Lemon Law but was denied (of course). They can afford the attorney, they know we can't. Brandon Ford and the Ford Motor Co. should be proud they screwed me! Anything for a buck!!!!! Thats what they think of the customer. Careful.... you could be next. BTW, i'm trading this junk in for a truck......... Not a Ford for sure! More
