Late long and unresponsive Arriving 10 minutes before my appointed time and sitting there for 20 I decided to asked if I needed to wait in this long line to find out the appoint Arriving 10 minutes before my appointed time and sitting there for 20 I decided to asked if I needed to wait in this long line to find out the appointment means nothing. Coming back 3 hours later for an oil change that took roughly 2 hours to complete, it killed my entire day. Finding out that there was a recall item that was addressed during the service was small consolation. If there were a single person that had a clue in the entire department they could have told me that ahead of time and I could have left the car overnight. More

However, the prices where much higher and the sales staff seemed to take offense when I compared Brandon Ford's pricing. I emailed Brandon Ford and scheduled a visit. Upon arriving I was assigned a salesman Jacob Williams ,who did everything humanly possible to aid me in my quest. Jacob helped my find the exact truck I was looking for and even came in on his day off to assist in the prep and paperwork to expedite the transaction.
