Do not use the service department. I tried to schedule an appointment and 2 days later said they couldnt schedule since I hadnt had my vehiicle serviced their before. I not only had I tried to schedule an appointment and 2 days later said they couldnt schedule since I hadnt had my vehiicle serviced their before. I not only had my car serviced at this location but this would have been the third repair on the same issue. It should have been 0 stars. More
Held truck for six days call service manager he got upset when I asked about fix on transmission . As always the service staff at Brandon took care of me again.. The long term relationship and trust keeps bringing me back to Brandon ford. I only wish Brandon Ford would open a location in Orlando, an again.. The long term relationship and trust keeps bringing me back to Brandon ford. I only wish Brandon Ford would open a location in Orlando, and Jacksonville. For now I will tow my vehicles from each location to Brandon Ford. Karen Sullivan and I have done business for over 20 years and she always gives me honest and quality service. I don’t always like to hear what she has to say when it comes to cost , but my vehicles are always repaired right and promptly. I’ve dealt with many ford service departments over the years and haven’t found one better than Brandon in Florida. Thanks again!!!! More
I wish I could have selected no-stars. I went to this dealership for the very first time with an issue on my Fusion. My car was slowing down when driving it. I took it to the service area, I went to this dealership for the very first time with an issue on my Fusion. My car was slowing down when driving it. I took it to the service area, and before I was greeted, the gentleman told me if I had an appointment, I explained that I did not have an appointment as I started having issues the same day. He told me that without an appointment I was not able to leave my car to be serviced. I asked if he could make me an appointment, and he said I had better luck bringing my car to Firestone or Pepboys. I was like, you have not even checked my car to tell me that. Then he said, it could take about 4 weeks before they even see the car. I told him that it still needed to be fixed as it is a road hazard driving the car the damaged. He then said he could make me an appointment to drop off the car the following week. I explained that my car was not driveable. He said I was out of luck and never took me in. This was the worst first experience there. I would never ever come back. More
I live in Texas and attempted to purchase one of the 2021 F-150 Demo trucks, but I received the WORST Customer Service I've ever received from one of their internet Sales people (SAM). I spoke to him once and advised him I was wanting to purchase (cash) one of the trucks, which he told me would have to get back to me because I lived out of state (Texas). I waited and waited and he responded 4 days later saying the truck I wanted to purchase had been sold. I guess they don't have any other trucks I could purchase?? Warning to anyone who wants to purchase from them, if this is the service I get before the purchase, I could only imagine what it would be after.... More
