My cousin who is an airplane mechanic got under it and put a bolt on to hold it in place. I called for an appointment and scheduled an oil change at the same time. After sitting waiting for 3 hours my car was brought out but they did not fix it due to "liability" reasons and that was all they would tell me. My son got angry and called to speak to whoever was in charge who told me to call him and He would get me in. So I went in and the service greeter didn't know this person who, it turned out, was in sales. I don't know the name of the greeter but he went and got Robert who did take my car in and looked at it. Turns out there were some pegs that came out and he had to order the parts, 2 to 3 days. Nine days later I called to see if my parts were there and they were. I only had a week left in Florida. I made an appointment and it finally got fixed. This all happened after I had been in another time because the car went dead for several minutes twice. I had called roadside assistance but it started eventually and didn't need a jump. The service greeter tried starting it a few times and it worked fine so he said I would have to leave it overnight which I wasn't prepared for. Fortunately it hasn't happened again. This is all on an 2017 Escape I bought at Brandon Ford in February. More

We were shopping for a Certified Ford C-Max (the plug in hybrid) last Ma We now know why these guys are the #1 Ford Certified Dealer in the Nation. We were shopping for a Certified Ford C-Max (the plug in hybrid) last May and checked out several dealers in the Tampa Bay area. While many stores offered us great service and good pricing, the deal that we got at Brandon Ford was almost a thousand dollars less than the best deal we found anywhere else. On top of that, we had a completed deal for our trade in at another store that would buy ours for cash, and Brandon Ford offered us even more money to make it possible to do the whole deal there with them. What a TIME SAVER that was!!! JC Clements was our salesperson, and he stayed on top of everything and was very communicative about each step along the way. The vehicle was cleaned up and ready for us when we arrived to take delivery and all of the paperwork was printed out and waiting for us. Our finance manager, Barrie Moss, made the final step of the process quick and painless. He even saved us money over our own bank on the financing and found a way to extend the Ford Certified warranty for 8 years at a super affordable rate, because of the low mileage that my wife and daughter drive. We had a few electrical issues with the vehicle after we took delivery and that is where these guys really shined. They made that part as painless as possible and put us in a FREE rental while the work was completed... They even replaced the defective plug in charger at no additional charge, which saved us over $300. So glad we bought from the folks at Brandon Ford... They sure did us right! More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DEALERSHIP ADVERTISED SUPPOSED LOW PRICE ON THE INTERNET. BEFORE FILLING OUT THE CREDIT APP, THE SALES PERSON ASKED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION. FILL DEALERSHIP ADVERTISED SUPPOSED LOW PRICE ON THE INTERNET. BEFORE FILLING OUT THE CREDIT APP, THE SALES PERSON ASKED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION. FILLED OUT THE ONLINE CREDIT APP, GOOD CREDIT SCORE. WITH NO DEBTS, STEADY JOB, NO MORTGAGE AND PUTTING DOWN MORE THAN HALF. . AFTER WASTING MY TIME AND PULLING MY CREDIT, THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME THE DEAL. AND THEY INCREASED THE SALE PRICE 5 MINUTES LATER! I THINK THEY USED WHATEVER REASON THEY THOUGHT APPROPRIATE TO CANCEL THE DEAL. IN MY PARTICULAR CASE, THEY BLAMED IN ON FORD MOTORS CREDIT. HARD TO CONFIRM, SINCE THEY HANDLED ON THE INFORMATION AS A DEALER AND I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO IT. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER, VERY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. BUT AT THE SAME TIME I THANK THEM, BECAUSE IN THE END I WAS ABLE TO GET A BETTER DEAL ($5000 LESS) AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. GOT A BRAND-NEW 2017 WITH EVERYTHING WITH A LOWER APR TOO. SO THEY DID ME A FAVOR! More
