Had “the works” oil change done before driving back to Michigan from Florida. My mileage was down on the trip up north. My son-in-law is a mechanic and he told me to check the engine air filter. They did not even include the vehicle check-up sheet! So I can only assume they did not bother to look at it. Then I was told they were probably out out of the air filter I needed. Really!! I went to advance auto parts, got the filter, and put it in myself. So much for “the works” multipoint inspection!! Very disappointed Ford Retiree. More
We bought our F-450 from Brandon Ford this weekend. Malcom McGruder took great care of us. He never made us feel like we were dealing with the typical sales person. I sensed nothing but honesty. One star is generous. I have brought my F-150 there three times now and still have the same issue. Each time They told me it was fixed, only to have the issue occur agai I have brought my F-150 there three times now and still have the same issue. Each time They told me it was fixed, only to have the issue occur again within days. Then because I had to bring it a third time I was given a loaner vehicle and the windshield chipped so I had to shell out $500 because my truck wasn't able to be fixed the first two times. I am literally paying for their incompetence. The truck is still not fixed. Desiree has been great to work with, I realize she is not the one trying to fix it, but this is crazy. More
I picked up my car today after being there for warranty and recall repair. That part was done great! However, the car went in spotless, and came back caked with pollen! I brought my son and new daughter in law in to buy their first car together. As is ALWAYS the case Luis, Zoran and Barry were unbelievable. Luis was incredibly patient as the new young couple wanted to test first car together. As is ALWAYS the case Luis, Zoran and Barry were unbelievable. Luis was incredibly patient as the new young couple wanted to test drive several models until they found exactly what they were looking for on the pre owned lot. This is the ONLY dealership in the Tampa area we ever shop (and we live over an hour away and happily drive there to buy our cars and service them).
