One star is generous. I have brought my F-150 there three times now and still have the same issue. Each time They told me it was fixed, only to have the issue occur agai I have brought my F-150 there three times now and still have the same issue. Each time They told me it was fixed, only to have the issue occur again within days. Then because I had to bring it a third time I was given a loaner vehicle and the windshield chipped so I had to shell out $500 because my truck wasn't able to be fixed the first two times. I am literally paying for their incompetence. The truck is still not fixed. Desiree has been great to work with, I realize she is not the one trying to fix it, but this is crazy. More
I picked up my car today after being there for warranty and recall repair. That part was done great! However, the car went in spotless, and came back caked with pollen! Unacceptable to have a customer pick up their car in that shape! They said we don’t have that facility or service to wash cars. I said you detail cars when purchased, so yes you do! I brought my son and new daughter in law in to buy their first car together. As is ALWAYS the case Luis, Zoran and Barry were unbelievable. Luis was incredibly patient as the new young couple wanted to test first car together. As is ALWAYS the case Luis, Zoran and Barry were unbelievable. Luis was incredibly patient as the new young couple wanted to test drive several models until they found exactly what they were looking for on the pre owned lot. This is the ONLY dealership in the Tampa area we ever shop (and we live over an hour away and happily drive there to buy our cars and service them). DO NOT ORDER YOUR BRONCO FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. WENT TO DEALER TWICE TO PLACE ORDER AND ENDED UP DOING IT MYSELF. THEY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL $ TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. WENT TO DEALER TWICE TO PLACE ORDER AND ENDED UP DOING IT MYSELF. THEY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL $1285 IN DEALER FEES. WENT TO DEALER TO DISCUSS A TRADE IN- SOLD VEHICLE FOR 3,500 MORE THAN TRADE IN OFFER-WASTED MY TIME. MY VEHICLE WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BY OCTOBER 17 , STILL NOT IN WHICH IN ITSELF IS ONLY A ISSUE BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A CAR TO DRIVE. ASKED FOR A LOANER FOR THREE DAYS SO I COULD CHRISTMAST SHOP- THEY SAID NO. NEW SALESPERSON WHO DOESN'T CARE AS IT ISN'T LIKE I CAN CANCEL MY ORDER AND WAIT ANOTHER YEAR. More
