I had already picked the truck, had a clean trade and this was a cash deal. I got an email that someone named Tee would call me Monday morning. Never called. Emailed and said he would be calling in an hour, never called. Once more time, no call. I gave up and went to another dealer. They did not have what I wanted, so I decided to try one more time. I called and spoke to Jason and he was fine at first. I sent my vin and pics of my truck to him and he gave me a number for my trade. He said he would call back with a firm price on the truck. Never did. Finally, I called the sales manager, Jason called back, said he was still working on it, and that was the last I heard from him. He will not reply to texts. I called the owner as if I owned this dealership I would want to know a salesman is completely blowing off a customer with cash in hand, a clean trade and ready to buy. He was not in, but I left a message for his assistant to call me. Going to report them to Ford. Never seen a dealer that did not want to sell cars or trucks, bizarre at best and very unprofessional at worst. UPDATE- After I wrote this review, I called to give them one more chance. The manager told me they had tried to call me (lie, I checked my phone) then said he had called my business phone (which they do not have and I checked, lie #2). Said someone would call me in the morning. Well, they read this review and the manager called me back THREATENING ME! Said I had left a bad review, started yelling at me, told me he was going to cancel the deal and when I tried to talk, he started yelling "You listen to me....." I hung up before he could finish. These people are crazy!! I will be making a report to Ford and the BBB. I have been a loyal Ford owner for 30 years and have NEVER been treated like this.MORE UPDATE-The dealers response is a flat LIE. When I last spoke to Brooksye, he said Tee would be calling me this morning. After they saw my review, Brooksye called me and started threatening me. I hung up on him while he was yelling at my. I guess this is what means treating me with respect and courtesy. I NEVER tried to leverage anything with my review. Lies, lies, lies. More
One star because I at least love my car I was lured in by a good deal I saw online, thought after getting the right co signer I’d be at the right payment based on the sticker price, I did no I was lured in by a good deal I saw online, thought after getting the right co signer I’d be at the right payment based on the sticker price, I did not notice till after I went with a friend who obviously did not get taken advantage of when buying a car, that I was charged additional fees that we were lead to believe we’re going to be “thrown in” finance departments exact words. Now I am stuck paying for an additional $3800 extra items! I am very unhappy & disappointed & once I contacted them to discuss, it only got worse. If I could go back I would not have purchased a car through this company & recommend anyone in my difficult position to not deal with them as they saw a woman in a bad situation and took complete advantage. Superb Buying Experience! We purchased our new 2017 Explorer Limited on 12/30/2017 during Brandon Ford's Year-End Sales Event. We had never seen a dealership so busy! After We purchased our new 2017 Explorer Limited on 12/30/2017 during Brandon Ford's Year-End Sales Event. We had never seen a dealership so busy! After test driving 3 Explorers (2 pre-owned & 1 new), we made a decision to purchase new. Charles was very patient with our long, decision-making process and was able to answer all our questions. The finance stage of our purchase was just as enjoyable and Matt explained all of our options in great detail. Since our purchase day, we have been enjoying our new 2017 Explorer Limited and looking forward to many future trips. Thank you, Brandon Ford! We will be back!!!! Patti & Mike More
Horrible experience Over the years I have purchased over 9 vehicles from Brandon Ford and referred numerous relatives & friends. I was a Loyal Customer. At which time, I traded my 2014 Ford Mustang with 12k miles and purchased a 2016 Ford Edge VIN # ending in GBC40249. Because of the airbag recall they gave me a low trade allowance. After taking the EDGE back on several occasions, it was labeled a Mis-Built which resulted in a Buy Back. Because of the low trade value on the Mustang I had to pay est. $5,000 out of my pocket. I had no control over the Air Bag recall or the Mis- Built Edge, but some how I was the only one experiencing a Loss and inconvenience. This was a lengthy, frustrating process. The dealership was clueless to the process & absolutely no help. I had to call them on a regular basis to see what was next. I decided to accept the situation and move on until today. The (wrench light) in my 2016 Ford Fusion came on & the vehicle is hesitating to go. When we called the service dept. at Brandon Ford we were told they could not guaranty me an appointment or know when they can look at it. I feel this is because of the situation with the Edge they are not willing to help me. This is poor representation of Ford. I would NOT recommend anyone to Brandon Ford. I would NOT even buy another FORD. Terrible customer service. They do not care about is their bottom line.... More

Bait n’ Switch - buyer beware Brandon Ford pulled a bait n’ switch on us and it was an infuriating experience. We saw an F150 on the CarGurus website that was at their dealership. The listing was brand new and didn’t even have photos up yet. We drove 3 hrs round trip to go look at it on a Friday evening and they told us it wasn’t even on the lot yet...it was in detailing. We worked with a salesman (Shane, initially) that evening who assured it would be out on the lot the next day. So we made plans to come back the following day and Shane asked us to give him a call first so he could verify it was available to view. Next day, drive 90 min drive to dealership and call to verify it is available and ready to view. No problem. Shane hands us off to salesman James for some reason. Arrive, truck is right out front. Quickly into it for a test drive. All is good, really like the truck. We have cash in hand ready to buy. James goes to “manager” to get the ball rolling... And it all goes wrong. At this point they come back to us very apologetically saying that somebody actually came in that morning before us and began purchase process on that truck. But they’d be “happy to show us some other vehicles that are ‘similar’ .” The “similar” list was either much more expensive than the website price on this truck or had far fewer options. Nothing comparable. 1) why was this not communicated on phone when we called (30 min prior to arrival) to verify it was available? 2) why were we allowed to test drive a vehicle that was “under contract” to be purchased? At this point the entire encounter felt exploitative/dishonest at worst and incompetent at best. Other Ford dealers in the area (Veterans, Wesley chapel) independently warned to be weary of Brandon because of bait n’ switch. We figured it was a dig at the competition. Evidently not. Buyer beware. More

Poor service Took my car in for new tire, wheel alignment and oil change. The wheel alignment was off. Made an appointment for them to correct it. Went in Nick our adviser said it would be a couple of hours. We waited for over three hours, and when the vehicle was ready he did not even come get us. I had to call for a manager to get the vehicle, while he was on the phone the entire time. As this was their mistake they should have taken care of our car first and not last. There is no reason to keep people waiting with children for over three hours. Worst part is the wheel alignment is still not perfect. Nick is the worst service advisor and I will never deal with him again and perhaps not with Brandon Ford. More
Honest guy, not one to chase after you with a sale. I bought a 2016 escape from this guy, he is a Navy veteran if I remember correctly, and he helped me out being an active duty military. So overall, when the trade in was taken into account, I paid over $2,000 less elsewhere for my new Ford. I will say though that while I haven't bought a car from them, I've taken several Fords there for major warranty repairs (but not since 2014) and their service department, in particular Buddy, has been stellar. They never tried to deny a warranty claim and once tried several things before finally getting the repair right. More
