Hi Nikki, I appreciate you responding. I have never gotten a call from the dealer and my boyfriend who is also on the loan has called & spoke to someone there that’s stated we had options & that the finance manager would get in touch with us but he has never called, we left messages Friday & Saturday and again never heard back.

I just read your last message & not sure what you are referring to as working out so well, nothing has been resolved, I have not gotten any results, I have not gotten my $500 student rebate & Kris still has not submitted our paperwork that we completed for either the rebate or the refund of the extra options. I have already reached out to Ford headquarters & they have tried to reach you & Kris with no results either. I will continue to pursue this issue till I get a resolution that I am satisfied with.
