Every time we were there when greeted by a sales person upon telling them we were there looking for someone else. They would personally walk us inside, open the door for us and find that sales person for us. Normally at other dealers the sales person would just say we can find them inside and look away. We bought a SUV clearly out of my wife’s and my league of technology knowledge. Our sales person Tommy Shelly spent a lot of time teaching us how to use it and work all the stuff this thing can do. That was the standout service that we needed. They will definitely have our future business. More

After waiting over 30 minutes, I slowly walked out of the show room where he told me to wait without a single employee saying a word to me. Extremely disappointed as I was ready to drive away with my next FORD truck!! Guess my money wasn’t good enough. More

Scammed Called them before I went to make sure the CPO Mustang online was in stock. Salesman said it was and took my hour ride there. When I arrived the salesman said he was busy so they sent someone else and he took me to the used mustangs an it was not there. Goes back an says it is in other lot an he would go get it. After 20 minutes I spot him and says he was busy an puts me with another salesman who takes to other lot to tell car is not there but being inspected. Would trust this dealership at all people BEWARE! More

They do NOT keep there word on DEALS even if its APPROVED!!! I have been working on a deal with Brandon Ford since late August of this year (2018) I had a deal "APPROVED" with my trade in value at $39K (2018 Toy I have been working on a deal with Brandon Ford since late August of this year (2018) I had a deal "APPROVED" with my trade in value at $39K (2018 Toyota Tundra) which was apprised by the sales associate & the MANAGER on duty that day! I did not agree with the rates / monthly payments so I decided to wait on a used one to lower the price & bring the payments down. Yesterday I found the used truck that I wanted. I contacted the finance dept. which got on it right away. Even putting a SOLD sign on the truck I wanted... They asked to see my trade again the 2018 Toyota Tundra of course I said ok. The usual inspection was done again by another sales associate / manager this time they told me my trade was worth $31K a difference of $8k of course I said absolutely not NO WAY. I kept my cool waited to speak to the manger.. When I finally spoke to him he said "had you taken the 1st truck I would of had to eat $8k but not today"... I said to him... Mind you we had an "APPROVED DEAL ON THE TABLE" Keeping my cool I shook his hand & thanked him for wasting my time.. Unless they honor there deal they have LOST me as a customer for life!!! This is sad to especially from a dealership who's suppose to be #1 in sales / customer service... NOT YESTERDAY don't waste your time... They do not honor there deals even when its ALL APPROVED!!!!!!! I`m extremely upset & frustrated with the way they do business More

Tommy asked me specific questions of what I was looking for and he made sure that I was completely satisfied when selecting my new car. If it was not for Toni and Tommy I would not be riding in my brand new Ford Fusion today.
