Great experience I have never purchased a car from anyone I wasn’t related to until yesterday. I found a Mustang online that I loved at Brandon Ford. It’s a two hour drive for me, so Ilaisa helped me through as much of the process as possible over the phone. When I arrived yesterday, he immediately took me for a test drive to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. He made it effortless on my part. Everyone was helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, I was in and out with my new vehicle in just over an hour. Ilaisa walked me through every button on the dash and even did some detailing for me that I noticed was missed. Going forward I will not purchase from anyone but him. He was great to deal with. Unprofessional I found a vehicle online that I wanted to look at. I clicked the link and was contacted quickly by Tommy. We set and appointment. Unfortunately Tommy I found a vehicle online that I wanted to look at. I clicked the link and was contacted quickly by Tommy. We set and appointment. Unfortunately Tommy would not be there for my 6 p.m. appointment. He told me to ask for a Ricardo. We were on time but the vehicle we wanted to see was "lost" because they have such a large inventory and could take a "couple of months" to find. I specified what I was looking for in the vehicle. They didn't have one on the lot. He made no attempt to check their other storage inventory for a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. When we went to take a test drive for an Edge on the lot he informed us that he had another appointment in 10 minutes. This was distressing since we had had an appointment too. This made us feel unimportant. We were given a very short test drive basically down the street make a u-turn and return. The next day I got an email asking when are we would be available to come by and "wrap it up". I ended up buying at another dealer and had a great experience. More
