Very poor customer service I had an appointment to check out the auto seat function that moves the drivers seat back when you shut the car off. I also wanted them to check the auto start stop when you pull up to a red light or stop sign. I told the rep I just had to change the battery. Without even looking at the car I was told it would be at least FOUR hours before they could determine what was wrong. Not, I’m sorry we are a little overwhelmed today, I apologize about the wait. I had taken the afternoon off from work, made the appointment and this guy is telling me at least 4 hours without even looking at the car! So I left. 15 minutes of me playing with the settings function and it’s fixed! It would have taken them 3 minutes! Bottom line I will look for a new service center......no follow up just wait the four hours or leave, I left More

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!! I went to buy an Explorer. I got the car of my dreams at an expense of customer service. Joe sold us the explorer but was distant and focused mo I went to buy an Explorer. I got the car of my dreams at an expense of customer service. Joe sold us the explorer but was distant and focused more on making the sale than actually listening to our needs and wants. With finances, Toni was cold and acted like we were an inconvenience to her. Both Joe and Toni told me to get the $500 military rebate to return to the dealership and turn in a certificate for the rebate. I did receive several rebates but was eligible for a $500 military rebate so 2 weeks later I brought my certificate the Joe. Joe took it to Toni, and Toni supposedly submitted it. Joe tells me to wait 6-8 weeks and I would get a check in the mail. 3 months later with no check, we go to the dealership to talk to Patrick. Patrick assures us he will look into it and call us back on Monday. Monday Patrick calls claiming we received the rebate in the deal (this is simply not possible because the certificate has to be turned in to receive it) but will give us a check for the money because of the issue. While on the phone his tone is condescending and he got frustrated when I question his information. I go the next day to the dealership to get the check and the paperwork he shows as his "proof" is not dated nor is it accurate. I question him about what Toni and Joe had told me and he acts like I made the mistake not his team. He became frustrated and slammed my papers on the counter when I told him that as a result of this lying by his employees he has lost a customer. When I get home I call Ford and re-examine the paperwork Patrick gave me. I noticed a mistake in that no one submitted the certificate for the $500 rebate thus the missing check. Someone didn't do their job and submit the certificate. This is completely unacceptable customer service. No one has bothered to return calls or messages, Joe passes any of my questions off to the next person, and no one has even bothered to check in to see how I like the explorer or if I have any questions or concerns. On top of being ignored and neglected, I have had my intelligence insulted by the manager (when I am correct in knowing a mistake was made) and talked to as if my business doesn't matter. I will never buy from this dealership again, and I seriously doubt I could ever buy a Ford again after this horrible experience! More

I first went to another dealer and saw what they thought could be my best case scenario for the low payment but still a reliable vehicle and they not only tried to jack up the price of the car they them started using pressure sales tactics like I'll lose money if I dont buy right this second when I just wanted to leave for lunch. Then I went to see Bob who I had purchased my last vehicle from which was mew explained the situation explained I cross shopped and wasnt happy with what I was shown or how I was treated. Just like last time Bob found me the perfect vehicle and made the process effortless. Even though this was a horrible situation to be put into since my payment is very important to me and I had limited time to purchase a new after the accident bob helped me stay calm find the best vehicle suited for my payment and needs at a great price that's beautiful! Not only that but he explained how everything works, what my options were, was calm and fair as I was comparing the offer with multiple similar vehicles and didnt pressure me one bit like the jerks at the other dealership. After a second home run I can tell you not only do I highly recommend him but I will deffinately keep coming back! More

So when my 18 year old needed a new car I called Brooksye Hall and told him how important it was for me for my son to have an amazing experience for his first car purchase. Brroksye introduced Ben to Ilaisa Taloa who treated my son like he was the most important customer he was working with. Not only did he educate him on the differences in vehicles when getting financing and insurance, but then showed him vehicles that he thought my son would like. In the end my son was able to purchase a Certified Pre Owned 2016 Ford Escape, and got him financed at a great rate. My son felt like he mattered as a customer, and as a parent, I am grateful to Brooksye and Ilasia for making him feel like his business was as important to them as mine might be. Once again, Brooksye and Ilasia proved why Brandon Ford will be the first place we look for new and used vehicles. I also need to mention Scott Brinkman who has handled the service on my 2013 F150 XLT. I can't say enough about him. He always goes above and beyond, and the fact that he has a background as a mechanic helped because he always had an idea of what was wrong before the truck ever made it back to the service department. He was usually right, but always kept me up to date with constant communication during the repairs. All in all, Brandon Ford does it right. I really can't say enough about the team there. First class, and they actually care about their customers. More
